Ben has over 25 years experience in investment banking. Prior to JB Advisory Partners, Ben's career background included long term positions at BT Australia Limited and Macquarie Bank.
Ben has originated, led and advised a multitude of transactions including early stage seed raisings, initial public offers and secondary capital raisings. Ben's experience in advising business covers both domestic and international markets.
Ben aligns himself with his clients via a long term approach to deliver the desired outcomes for management and shareholders alike. Partnering with business in the early stages allows JBA to match appropriate investors at various stages of the business lifecycle and maximize founders and investors returns as a result.
Michael is a Principal and Director of JB Advisory Partners. He is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA); and a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Michael has over 30 years experience in investment banking. Prior to JB Advisory Partners, Michael's career background included roles at Macquarie Bank, Ord Minnett, Wilson Advisory Partners.
Michael has originated, led and been instrumental in a significant number of initial public offers, secondary capital raisings as part of developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients. In addition, he has identified and introduced key industry leaders to companies in their objective to build executive teams and boards.
With a career focus being involved with emerging, small and mid-cap listed and unlisted companies Michael, through his strong relationships with institutional, wholesale and High Net Worth Clients continues to connect investors to corporate clients as part of their capital management objectives.
