JLH Homes Ltd was first established in 2017 when its founder Jaime-Leigh Saint had a vision to transform old British architecture into luxury properties, while also offering great returns for her investors. Since then, JLH Homes has completed many developments across the UK and entered many different markets including serviced accommodation, student lettings, HMOs and full-time lettings. JLH Homes are now looking to expand and diversify into more areas in & outside of the UK... I knew for a long time that I wanted to get into real estate investing and development, and when I fell pregnant, my husband and I knew we wanted to do more with our lives, so we became a great team and started working in earnest.
