Alex has led CipherHealth through significant growth since inception. Alex plays a key role in business development by helping to identify and expand strategic partnerships and initiatives for the Company. Prior to starting CipherHealth, Alex researched outcomes and effectiveness at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City and worked on the development of a physician tracking database at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). Alex received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Tony Liu is General Manager of JiFu New Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. Prior to that, Tony served various management positons at Bell Labs, AMD and Philips Electronics. Tony led ASMC IPO in Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Tony received Shanghai Government Magnolia Gold Award, China Government Semiconductor Leadership Award.
Tony holds Ph.D. from University of California at Berkeley.
Endre Doszpod has over 30 years of experience in banking, venture capital and private equity investment management. He is CRO at Chi Fu Investment Fund Management Company, CRO and CAO at Chi Fu FT European Fund Management Company in Hungary.
In his career Endre has participated in the establishment and management of a number of VC end PE funds and fund management companies. Among others he served on the board of Euroventures Hungary, was investment director at ABN AMRO Capital Hungary, headed the Hungarian investment program of the Swedish Saab-Gripen group, was the director of the financial institutions business line of Accenture Hungary. He served on the board or in the management of a number of portfolio companies.
Endre was a founder and former board member of the Hungarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
He holds an MBA in Management at Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland, he is a Certified Investment Advisor, registered by the State Supervision of Financial Institutions of Hungary.
Gábor Lehoczki has over 20 years of experience in M&A and Corporate Finance. He is the CIO of Chi Fu Investment Fund Management Zrt.
Gábor started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance, being responsible for the CEE region. Afterwards he joined the PE/VC sector, working on restructuring and Venture Capital transactions. He served 12 years as Investment Director at the MFB Invest and Hiventures, the subsidiaries of the state-owned Hungarian Development Bank.

Dr. Hajnal joined Chi Fu Investment Group in 2018 as a senior advisor to support the Hungarian Real Estate Team.
From 2005 he worked as the CEO of one of the biggest Hungarian Real Estate development company. Before that, he fulfilled various leadership positions in international companies, as Coopers & Lybrand, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, ABN AMRO and Arthur Andersen.
Dr Hajnal holds M.Sc. degrees from Civil Engineering and from Real Estate; he was elected to fellow member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is Honorary Assistant Professor of Budapest Technical University, teaching Real Estate related subjects.
With more than twenty-five years of financial and operations experience at various software companies, Jake has a significant amount of experience managing high-growth technology companies. Prior to CipherHealth, Jake spent four years as CFO at Paradigm Geophysical, leading the company to its eventual sale to Emerson Electric. Prior to Paradigm Geophysical, he was also the CFO for Seismic Micro-Technology, where he managed the sale of the company to InfoMarkit. His background also includes ten years of experience at McAfee Security and BMC Software, where he served in several senior financial and operational roles. Jake holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.
FinTech Mr. Yang has over 20 years of experience in project management and investment management in both technology and financial services industries. Prior to joining Chi Fu Investments, he was senior project manager at Amazon (Seattle) and later investment director at Tano Capital. Mr. Yang holds an MBA from Duke University and M.Eng/B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from Central South University.

As CipherHealth's Chief Nursing Officer, Lisa Romano, MSN, RN brings more than 30 years of experience in clinical practice, healthcare IT strategy, and healthcare operations to her current role. Prior to previous CNO roles, Lisa spent 19 years as a nurse and hospital administrator at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network in Allentown, PA, where she was responsible for all patient flow and transfer center operations as well as numerous quality and patient satisfaction initiatives. Lisa is passionate about improving the health of patients across the healthcare continuum.
FinTech Mr. Yuan brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in information systems and IT operations to Chi Fu Investments. He is responsible for back office systems and mutual fund trading systems design and development. Earlier Luke defined strategies and managed Information Technology operations teams handling system administration, network infrastructure, network security, database, software development, and end-user support. He also has years of experience in mutual fund back office operation which Luke works closely with TA team and provided support in transfer agent process automation related projects and TA system development. He also works with business side and supports fintech projects such as accuracy marketing, customer profiling, robo advisor, and etc.

Matt focuses on JMI's investments in software and healthcare IT businesses. He currently oversees the investments and serves on the boards of Axonify, CipherHealth, Clio, Jvion, PointClickCare, and Timely MD. Prior to joining JMI in 2006, Matt was an analyst in the technology investment banking group at Thomas Weisel Partners and a research associate at Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley. Matt is a CFA charter holder.
FinTech Mike has been engaged in IT work in the financial industry after obtaining a master's degree in computer from National Chiao Tung University. He has more than 30 years experience in the construction and operation management of IT systems in securities, funds and banks. He is an expert in IT planning and security management in the financial industry. In addition to his rich international experience, from 2006, the team led by Mike has provided trading systems and management systems for many mainland Chinese banks, making him fully aware of the characteristics of the Chinese mainland financial market and providing stable services for the Chinese mainland financial institutions.
Mr. Albert Chang joined Chi Fu Investment Group in 2013 to assist Chairman in setting up a real estate development team and is in charge of Chi Fu Headquarter Building project in Shanghai.
Lately, Albert assists Chairman to establish real estate development projects and professional team in Hungary.
Albert has accumulated experience in the real estate industry, from development management, program, integrating design, construction and operation management, financing etc., especially in large-scale commercial/income property, shopping mall, hotel, office and rental apartment.
He started his career since 1986 in New York City, and moved back to Asia in 1992. From 1998 to 2003, he ran a joint venture professional development management company, Complex Development Management Company, with CBRE as 1/3 share partner in Taiwan. From 2002 he started to explore himself in China and has managed all types of large-scale real estate development projects as project leader and owner representative for private developers and government.

Mr. Anthony Wong is Vice President of Chi Fu Investments (China) and Vice President of Chi Fu Cultural Creativity Venture Capital. Anthony also serves as a member of the Investment Committee for the Euro 200 million Chi Fu Hungarian Economic Opportunity Fund, a joint private equity investment fund with Magyar Fejlesztési Bank (MFB)/MFB Invest Zrt.
Anthony joined Chi Fu Group in 2012, and before joining Chi Fu, Anthony was with AIG Investments. For over 20 years, Anthony has been involved in private equity and strategic management in the Greater China region, in the U.S., and recent years in Central Europe.
Anthony started career with AIG Investments and was responsible for private equity investments through both in-house insurance funds, as well as management of limited partnership funds. Anthony has been on the board of numerous AIG investee companies spanning high technology/electronics, traditional manufacturing and consumer/retail sectors. Currently representing Chi Fu Group, Anthony provides strategic directives through active involvement in the board of Barox Group in China and Cipherhealth in the U.S.

Mr. Christian Song currently serves as deputy general manager of the real estate development team of Chi Fu Investment in Hungary.
Prior to working with Chi Fu Investment Group, Christian served as deputy general manager of Power-Long Real Estate Group in Shanghai. During the period, he assisted in the development of the first PPP Private Art Museum, Power-Long Shanghai Headquarter and Power-Long Group's private club in Shanghai. After that he served as development consultant for Shanghai Pudong Development Group.
Christian has rich experience in urban planning, architecture design, project management and operation. The completed projects he involved stands in the cities of Taipei, Kaohsiung, Ho Chi Minh, Tianjin and Shanghai. He personally participated in the operation and management of the mixed-use project of Tianjin Qing-Wang-Fu.
Christian obtained his Master's degree in architecture from Taiwan National Cheng Kung University.
Mr. Frank Liu has over 30 years of experience in banking, securities and mutual fund industries. He is the Founder and was CEO of Franklin Templeton Securities Investment Consulting (SinoAm) Inc., founded in 1989. He also founded Franklin Templeton SinoAm Securities Investment Management Inc. in 2002. Mr. Liu joined Franklin Templeton Investments Group ("FTI") in 1988 and was appointed as chief representative in China in October 1997.
In 2005, Mr. Liu founded JIFU Investments, and together with Mr. Charles Johnson, former co-president of Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: "BEN") co-founded TCCMI, focusing on private equity investments in financial services, clean energy, healthcare, eco-agriculture and fintech.

Mr. James Hwang joined Chi Fu Group in 2021 and currently also serves as the Chairman of Franklin Templeton SinoAm Securities Investment Management Inc.
Mr. Hwang has over 30 years of experience in the mutual fund industry. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hwang was the president of Franklin Templeton SinoAm Securities Investment Management Inc. for over 13 years.
Prior to that, he served as a senior vice president of Franklin Templeton Securities Investment Consulting (SinoAm) Inc. He also was previously with International Investment Trust Co., Ltd as a fund manager.
Mr. Hwang holds an M.B.A. degree from University of Washington, USA.
Mr. Jens Kruse is Chief Representative based in Zurich, Switzerland. Prior to joining Chi Fu Investment Group, he was the Director and Country Head Switzerland within Franklin Templeton for over 10 years.
In that capacity, he oversaw the increase of Swiss client assets from USD 4B to 24B at the peak, joining the top ten Swiss investment managers. His team conducted sophisticated, technology driven campaigns, covering all sales channels, including pension funds, private banks, insurance companies, family offices and independent asset managers. Jens was instrumental in executing state-of-the-art sales processes with the team in a pilot project, subsequently followed by all international offices.
Mr. Kruse has 30 years of investment experience, selling financial products to European institutional investors. He lived and worked in the UK, Italy, France, Germany and Switzerland and acquired the local languages. He holds a master's in business administration and macroeconomics from the University of Berne, Switzerland.
Mr. Máté Nagy has more than 17 years' experience in the energy sector. Graduated as energy engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, nuclear engineer, welding specialist and economist held many positions in several companies.
Mr. Paul Chang, Project Director. Paul have 20 years success experience in property and project management, and is an excellent specialist in real estate development.
In his career, Mr. Zhang worked in Les Enphants as Project Director, managing Les Enphants building Project in Minhang, Shanghai. Mr. Róbert Bödőcs joined Chi Fu Investment Group in 2015 and is the Co-President at Chi Fu Investment Hungary. He is the elected board member of the Hungarian Foreign Trade Association.

Mr. Yen Shen - Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Yen Shen is Chief Investment Officer of Chi Fu Sino Investment Co., Ltd., the investment arm of Chi Fu Group.
Over the time span of past 20 years, Mr. Shen has specialized in venture capital and equity investment activities in the Great China region. He has created constructive values to investee companies as a board member as well as generated above market average performances during his investment carrier.
Mr. Shen holds an MS in Electrical Engineering & Operations Research. from Columbia University, New York.
Mr. Áron Porcher joined the Chi Fu Group in 2019 and currently supports the Group's activities as an Investment Project Manager for renewable energy projects. Prior to that, he was a Private Banker for ERSTE Bank and a Portfolio Manager for various high-net-worth individuals. In that capacity, Mr. Porcher met with a wide range of clients, assisting them in the management of their financial assets. At ERSTE Bank he provided detailed research and complex solutions to various requests, while as Portfolio Manager he focused on development of alternative strategies, to support the diversification of portfolios under his management.
Mr. Porcher is a CFA Charterholder and has a degree in Applied Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest.

May joined Chi Fu Group in 2009 as head in Administration and HR Department until year 2011. After that, she was assigned to Shanghai to hold a responsible position in Supply Chain Management. She was equipped with rich experience in the finance and administration sectors.
Since 2014 May has played an executive role in the Sales and Marketing in Taiwan. Meanwhile, she has built a professional sales and marketing team and established a management system to effectively support the activities of the team.
With more than twenty years of product and engineering experience at various software companies helping to pioneer large-scale e¬-commerce, online learning, and digital advertising systems, Nate has a breadth of responsibility in both s oftware development and operations. As a leader who values agile software development methodologies, Nate has successfully planned, developed, and executed large-scale projects that have contributed to high-growth success. His background includes experience creating HIPAA Compliant SaaS platforms at both Dabo Health and PatientWisdom where he served as Chief Technology Officer. He served in the US Air Force, and is a Master of Kung Fu San Soo.

Randy co-founded CipherHealth after working in health care and experiencing firsthand a fundamental gap that was holding the industry back from moving toward more patient-centric care: communication. Prior to co-founding CipherHealth, Randy managed business development for MDLand International, a CCHIT accredited electronic medical record (EMR) company located in New York City. He also consulted for Empath Consulting and was in sales at Abbott Laboratories. Randy received his B.A. from UC Berkeley and M.P.H. from Yale University.
Ms. Shoubai Yen started her career with China Development Corporation in 1986 and was responsible for the financial planning of the Taipei Mass Rapid Transit System in Taiwan. Since 1988, following Taiwan's booming stock market, she shifted her career focus onto equity investments.
FinTech Mr. Yan was fascinated by the beauty of technology investment during his summer internship with IDGVC in 2006 and then started full time career as a VC manager in Tano capital. He led and facilitated several major investments in the field of internet, semiconductor and e-commerce, and served as board member in many portfolio companies on behalf of the fund. He is now looking into the opportunities in the domain of blockchain and fin tech and is helping the group to expand business to Eastern Europe in this regard. Mr. Yan graduated from UC Berkeley and Duke University.
