Ashleigh joined Judge & Priestley in July 2016 and works as a Claims and Enforcement Manager.
Experience
Initially hired as an Administration Assistant, within a year of employment Ashleigh made the jump to become an Account Manager within the Claims and Enforcement team dealing with bulk legal cases in a number of sectors such as Utilities, Finance and Local Authorities to name a few. During this time, undertook her CILEX Level 3 Certificate and Professional Diploma in Law.
In 2021, she was promoted to Senior Account Manager due to her knowledge and growth within the department. In 2022 she became the Acting Manager of the team, with this position becoming permanent in 2023.
As the manager of the Claims and Enforcement team, she is responsible for the team of 13 employees to ensure they achieve and exceed annual turnover, client and internal KPI standards, compliance and regulatory standards are met along with continuing to improve productivity and efficiency to name just a few of her duties.

Ben joined Judge & Priestley in October 2023 and works as a Solicitor in the Credit Solutions Department.
Experience
After completing his studies, Ben started his career as a paralegal in Cardiff. He later completed his training contract with a firm located just outside Bristol and gained experience in the areas of Litigation, Property, and Commercial. As a newly qualified solicitor, he worked at a firm in Hammersmith where he gained valuable experience across all areas of litigation before joining J&P.
Danielle joined Judge & Priestley in November 2021 and works as a Solicitor in the Defended Litigation Department.
Experience
Danielle attended Northumbria University to obtain her Law Degree, Masters in Law and LPC. After graduating from University, she became a paralegal and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2018 from a firm that assists a number of market leaders in the Finance, Debt Purchase and Utility sectors with both secured and unsecured collections.

Frances joined Judge & Priestley in 2018 and works in the Defended Litigation Department. Frances qualified in 2017.
Experience
Frances previously worked in Hammersmith in a busy litigation department and has a background in Contentious Probate, Court of Protection and Property Litigation.
Frances assists recovering a range of debts for local authorities, including council tax, service charges and adult social care sundry debts, focusing on deceased debtors.

Georgina joined J&P Credit Solutions in July 2016.
Experience
Georgina joined the firm as a claims handler for the Non-RTA team.
Having gained a great deal of experience and knowledge, whilst continuously hitting targets, she was promoted to Team Leader of the foreign claims department.
Georgina develops a great relationship with clients whilst recovering large amounts of unpaid debts.
Following the successful work she carried out in the foreign claims department, Georgina was promoted to Non-RTA Team Leader.
John joined Judge & Priestley in March 2019, following the merger with local practice Prichard Joyce & Hinds.
Experience
John has over 30 years' experience working in pre-legal collections and debt recovery.
At PJH, John managed the pre-litigation debt recovery department for the last 10 years. During this time, he had a hands-on approach to collection and has gained extensive experience in dealing with both pre-legal collection and debt recovery through the courts.

Jordan joined J&P Credit Solutions in 2015.
Experience
Jordan initially started at J&P Credit Solutions as a claims handler in 2015 in the instructions team.
She later successfully became a senior member of the team and after consistently hitting targets, achieving a high standard of work for clients and gaining a wealth of knowledge within the claims sector she was promoted to Instructions Manager.
Jovana joined Judge & Priestley in April 2022 and works as a Trainee Solicitor in the Credit Solutions Department.
Experience
Before joining the firm, Jovana earned a Distinction in both the Legal Practice Course and the MSc in Law, Business, and Management. Her previous work highlights include resolving financial disputes at the Financial Ombudsman Service and resolving high-value utilities debt disputes at Wedlake Bell.
Jovana currently deals with a range of disputed debts in relation to financial services, utilities, and adult social care.
Leonie joined Judge & Priestley in 2018 and works in the Defended Litigation Department. Leonie qualified in 2018.

Leonie qualified as a Solicitor from a firm that assists a number of market leaders in the Finance, Debt Purchase and Utility sectors with both secured and unsecured collections.
Since joining Judge & Priestley, Leonie has dealt with a range of claims of different values and matters, including but not limited to service charges, council tax and business rates, overpayment of housing benefit, consumer credit and residential and homecare debt.
Louise joined J&P Credit Solutions in January 2017 and currently works as a Collections Team Leader in the Collections Department.
Experience
Prior to Judge & Priestley, Louise was a store manager in the financial/ retail sector for 8 years.
Mark heads the Property Litigation teams at Judge & Priestley and is a listed expert individual in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for his work for leading public sector landlords.
Experience
Mark's experience covers a wide variety of cases including property disputes, commercial disputes, and professional negligence claims.
Mark has particular expertise in working with public sector landlords, on leasehold disputes, service charges and cases in the First-Tier and Upper-Tier Land Tribunals.
Mark has more tha 25 years experience of debt recovery operations, with a particular focus and expertise in insurance and local authority debt types and strategies. Mark is a non-solicitor Partner, working for Judge & Priestley Credit Solutions.
Experience
Mark is responsible for overseeing the recovery operations and processes for our local authority and insurance clients. As such Mark has particular expertise in recovering uninsured losses, subrogated outlays and local authority debt types.
Mark oversees the Local Authority clients and the recovery of subrogated outlay on behalf of a number of leading national insurance companies, together with uninsured loss matters for their policyholders.
Mark also has particular experience in dealing with our clients' Management Information requirements and is a key contributor to the development of our existing case management system.
Mark was promoted to Partner in May 2016.
Matthew joined J&P Credit Solutions in March 2017 and currently works as a Collections Team Leader in the Collections Department.
Experience
Matthew graduated with an BA (Hons) in History and Information Studies.
Matthew Worked at Arvato Financial Solutions as a debt recovery officer for a year and half. He then worked for 6 months in the food service industry as a Subway Artist before his current role. Previously Matthew also worked as a Train Presentation Officer for London Overground Rail Operations.
Rachel is a Partner, who jointly heads the J&P Credit Solutions division and runs all legal debt recovery activities. She has wide -ranging experience of debt recovery litigation and insolvency / bankruptcy law.
Experience
Rachel acts on behalf of organisations, local authorities and private individuals. Dealing with a broad range of disputes, Rachel provides specialist debt recovery legal advice and assistance to the firms' credit solutions clients across a range of sectors.
Rachel has developed particular experience in dealing with niche areas of local authority debt recovery, such as collecting residential and homecare debts and the overpayment of housing benefits.
Rachel's career has been focused on debt recovery litigation and she has developed a related expertise in the insolvency field. Rachel is able to act on behalf of creditors to explore and take insolvency related action against debtors.
Rachel also acts on behalf of trustees in bankruptcy and liquidators in the realisation of assets and providing general legal assistance in dealing with both bankrupt individuals and liquidated companies.
Rachel directly manages the defended action litigation department which deals with the defended, disputed and complex matters referred from the credit solutions debt recovery team.
Richard joined Judge & Priestley in November 2020 and works as a Legal Executive in the Debt Recovery Department.
Experience
Prior working at J&P Richard worked at a firm based in London for 15 years. He started working as an admin assistant, which he then moved into accounts and after that into the firm's litigation department. Whilst he was working in the litigation department, he dealt with a range of matters including commercial disputes, contractual and debt claims. Richard specialised in professional negligence.
Robert's earlier roles have seen him as a head outdoor clerk to working with Edward Judge in bankruptcy law. Robert has spent the majority of his time however between the debt collection and Insurance teams.
Experience
Robert has dealt with a number of leading insurance companies in the recovery of their subrogated losses and assisting their policy holders with their uninsured losses and personal injury claims.
Robert moved on to manage the insurance department, alongside Mark Younger where they became joint Directors of Operations and Business Development for that Department.
Robert is a FA level 2 qualified football coach and has set up a club and is Manager of a separate team.

Roger joined Judge & Priestley in 1985 as an Account Manager, with just a few months experience at the firm he was quickly promoted to Client Manager; the same role he fulfils today.
Roger now has more than 33 years experience working for our Credit Solutions division and, as such, his knowledge in the field of debt recovery is unparalleled. He is responsible for onboarding new clients and advising on the best course of action to take when recovering debt.
Roger has a diverse client portfolio to include both individuals with just one debt and large public limited companies with numerous debts. Typically, Roger seeks to recover debts relating to the supply of goods and services, professional charges, rent arrears, school fees and advertising. He works closely with his clients to streamline their processes as much as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Using our online Case Management system Roger deals with the initial demands for payment, claim forms and various enforcement actions whilst at the same time providing clients with advice as to their options for on-going matters as well as potential new matters.
Roger has extensive experience in helping clients to obtain County Court Judgments and enforce those judgments. He seeks to use the most appropriate and cost-effective method of recovery depending on the nature of the debt and circumstances of the debtor.
He also ensures that clients' instructions are managed efficiently, within the parameters of the service level agreement and in accordance with the civil procedure rules.
Sarah joined Judge & Priestley in July 2021 and works as a Paralegal in the Debt Recovery Department.
Experience
Sarah graduated with an LLB from Bournemouth University. She also previously worked at J&P as an intern / paralegal within Debt Co Litigation.
Prior to working at Judge & priestley Sarah also had various work experiences shadowing at different law firms and courts.
Simeon joined Judge and Priestley in May 2022 and works as a Paralegal in the Credit Solutions Department.
Experience
Prior to joining J&P, Simeon worked as a Criminal Litigation Paralegal for Magistrates and Crown Court matters.
He also worked as a Citizens Legal Advisor.
Simeon joined Judge & Priestley in April 2021 and works as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer in the Debt Recovery Department.
Experience
Simeon graduated with an LLB at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa in May 2010 and subsequently attended the Legal Education and Development Institute operated by the South African Law Society, which he completed and was certified in December 2010. Simeon then undertook his traineeship at a local South African firm and was admitted as a lawyer by the South African Law Society in March 2012. After briefly working in South Africa, he relocated to the United Kingdom.
Simeon first joined J&P in February 2014 as a Small Claims Paralegal and left the firm in August 2018 as a Senior Paralegal. Simeon then worked in the Litigation Department for a firm in Central London until he re-joined J&P in April 2021 as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer.
Uday joined Judge & Priestley in 2010 and qualified in 2013.
Experience
After graduating from the College of Law, Uday worked as a paralegal assisting in commercial and residential property transactions and litigation work. He then worked for some time at the Financial Ombudsman Service, gaining in depth commercial knowledge while adjudicating disputes between customers and banks.
Since joining Judge & Priestley, Uday has acted for, and continues to act for, a range of clients dealing with the recovery of a wide range of high value debt types and with complex commercial disputes. Uday has a caseload of matters focusing on commercial contractual disputes (supply of goods and services), the recovery of council tax and housing benefit overpayments, leasehold service charge disputes, consumer credit debts and disputes arising from the provision of utilities.
Uday also has considerable experience and knowledge of dealing with corporate and personal insolvency, relating to the filing or winding up and bankruptcy petitions, applications to set aside statutory demands, applications to annul and applications for block transfer.
Uday is a keen sports player with particular interest in football and golf and he enjoys films.
