John A. Shaffer has over thirty years of experience in banking, finance, real estate lending, & development. Dr. Shaffer graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Business Administration, later receiving an M.B.A. in Finance & a Ph.D. in Economics from New York University.

Michael R. Keller has over 35 years of experience as a consultant to the financial institution industry. Immediately following his graduation from The College of Wooster, Mr. Keller took a position as an examiner of financial institutions in northeast Ohio with a focus on Cleveland area institutions. After working two years as an examiner, Mr. Keller entered The Ohio State School of Business to earn his M.B.A. in Finance. Prior to forming Keller & Company, Mr. Keller also worked as a senior consultant in a larger consulting firm. In that position, he broadened his activities & experience, becoming more involved with institutional operations, business & strategic planning, stock valuations, regulatory policies & procedures, performance analysis, conversion appraisals & fairness opinions. Mr. Keller established Keller & Company in November 1985 to better serve the needs of the financial institution industry. More MICHAEL R. KELLER has over thirty-five years of experience as a consultant to the financial institution industry. Immediately following his graduation from The College of Wooster, Mr. Keller took a position as an examiner of financial institutions in northeastern Ohio with a focus on Cleveland area institutions. After working two years as an examiner, Mr. Keller entered Ohio State University full time to obtain his M.B.A. in Finance. Mr. Keller then worked as an associate for a management consulting firm specializing in services to financial institutions immediately after receiving his M.B.A. During his eight years with the firm, he specialized in mergers & acquisitions, branch acquisitions & sales, branch feasibility studies, stock valuations, charter applications, & site selection analyses. By the time of his departure, he had attained the position of vice president, with experience in almost all facets of banking operations.

THOMAS HUTCHESON has over seven years of experience in consulting in the financial institution industry & over fifteen years of experience working as a business analyst & project manager. Mr. Hutcheson is a senior financial analyst with Keller & is experienced in preparing business & strategic plans, stock valuations, & conversion appraisals for financial institutions. Mr. Hutcheson is knowledgeable of the internal modeling systems used by Keller as well as experienced in Excel & PowerPoint. Mr. Hutcheson is a graduate of John Carroll University with a B.S. in business administration. Thomas Hutcheson has over seven years of experience in consulting in the financial institution industry & over fifteen years of experience working as a Business Analyst & Project Manager.
