Key Solutions Consulting is a licensed independent utilization review consulting firm specializing in clinical documentation review and auditing services. We are also adept at educating treatment facilities and independent clinicians on the finer points of utilization review. Our ultimate goal is to help treatment facilities increase revenue by improving their rate of authorizations through a better understanding of the required clinical documentation... We offer clinical documentation training (onsite or remotely). Training can be delivered on several different platforms depending on the individual need of the facility. During the training sessions we will identify the areas that require improvement and provide explanations as to why the change must be made. All departments will learn what documentation is required to obtain authorizations.
