KINTBURY PRESCHOOL

Kintbury Pre-school was first established in 1976 by a group of local parents who wished to be more involved with the development of their children, and to this day we encourage parents to be fully involved with the setting and the progress of their children... We are based in the heart of the village in the Preston Hall, just a few paces from the Primary School with which we have very close links. Pre-school children who are due to start school make regular visits to the school reception class particularly in the summer term to gain confidence in the environment and to spend time with the class teacher... We are governed by the Pre-school Learning Alliance constitution and are registered with OFSTED. The Pre-school is managed by a parent committee which is elected annually at the AGM in September.
