Most importantly, all of our products are made the order, which ensures that they are as fresh as possible upon arriving to your kitchen, restaurant or store... WE ARE LA TRAFILA La Trafila is a wholesale and retail fresh pasta business located in Gowanus, Brooklyn. It was established by Jiselle Luigi Speranza in 2019 with the goal of providing customers with the highest quality freshest pasta available. Our team has over 15 years of experience working in restaurants and mastering the art of pasta making in order to create a product made with skill, love tradition.
