Thomas Bisanz has served clients across the country in 45 states and the District of Columbia for almost 20 years. He has been a Designated Broker and Broker of Record the longest of anyone in the country and is considered to have the most experience in this capacity. He spends full time on his Designated Broker practice specializing in the areas of licensure and compliance. He also serves clients as the Sponsoring Broker for their employee/licensees.
Mr. Bisanz has been actively licensed as an attorney for over 40 years specializing in the federal laws, state statutes, and rules and regulations promulgated by the real estate commissions regarding real estate licensing, compliance and brokerage, while focusing on those governing the leasing and management of residential properties in the states where he represents clients. As the Designated Broker, he has successfully resolved over 24 investigations/audits on behalf of clients in seven states. He has worked in the apartment industry his whole career as a broker, attorney, and investor.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude in Finance from the Emory University School of Business, Mr. Bisanz attended Emory University School of Law where he received a Doctor of Law degree. Mr. Bisanz lives in Dallas with his wife, three children and four grandchildren.
