As soon as he started working in restaurants it became obvious he was born to run a restaurant with the skill and passion he had, working in a lot of places in all over the country... In 2016 he moved to Belgium where he got a job in the restaurant "La Bussola" as a chef where he worked his way up and eventually took the restaurant... We serve only the best Italian meat, cooked to perfection by our Chefs. With our decades of experience, the meat will express every nuance of flavor.
