Benjamin is Managing Partner at Lightbird and Co-Founder of Marcau Partners. Originally, he was a computer scientist and landed in the VC world via a diversion in the corporate finance sector. Heiki is a Venture Partner at Lightbird, where next to working on his own venture, he will continue to support Lightbird's founders in areas such as product, design and engineering. Originally from Estonia, Heiki graduated in Computer Science from ETH in Zurich and has already founded three companies: Mirage (Deeptech), Acapela (Future of Work, backed by notable Angels and Visionaries Club) and Commonbase

Henrik is an Associate at Lightbird and Marcau Partners. Prior to joining the team, Henrik was an investor with J12 Ventures, focusing on European pre-seed and seed stage companies within Data & AI. His previous experience also includes growth investing with NGP Capital, leading investor operations at Slush and advising established corporations with Carnegie Investment Bank.

Renato is the Head of IT member of the Executive Board of la Mobilière. Before joining la Mobilière, he held various IT management positions at Credit Suisse, most recently as Global Site Reliability Engineering Leader - a role in which he was responsible for the bank's IT resilience. In the past year, he served as interim Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) for the domestic banking business, effectively overseeing the IT operations of Credit Suisse Switzerland AG. Previously, he was responsible for core banking systems, overseeing the upgrade of IT systems and the digitalisation of back-office processes. Prior to that, Renato worked for Swiss Re from 1999 until 2006, again in various IT management positions.

Thomas is Managing Partner at Lightbird and Partner at Marcau Partners. Prior to starting Lightbird, Thomas was an investor at Redalpine Venture Partners. Before he worked in consulting, hedge funds and research. He holds an MSc in finance and is a member of Kauffman Fellows Class 24. Thomas is also Co-Founder of S2S Ventures, Switzerland's first student-run VC. Thomas is a family man. He loves spending his free time in the mountains or surfing a mellow wave.

Thuy-Linh is Associate at Lightbird and Marcau Partners. Prior to joining the team, Thuy-Linh was a strategy consultant for Monitor Deloitte working mostly with clients from the financial and healthcare industry. She previously also gained valuable experience in Impact Investment at Credit Suisse and in Private Equity at Flexstone Partners. Thuy-Linh holds a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.
