Bryon Hutcheson

Bryon Hutcheson is LiFT's Senior Creative Director, who specializes in brand management, website design, digital advertising design, and creative direction. He approaches commercial art with a high standard that is clean, modern, and contemporary; giving every client the edge they need to stand out in the crowded advertising market. For over 8 years, Bryon had the privilege of working with a variety of clients, creating a wide variety of branding material, which increased exposure and leads in their perspective markets. In April 2019, he joined the LiFT team to spread his creative wings and cement his abilities in an established yet growing ad agency. In 2011, Bryon graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. He returned to Lynn University later in 2011 to apply his passion for graphic design and transfer it to the digital, ever-changing world of the web. In December 2013, he received his Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Web Design. Since joining the LiFT team, Bryon's creative contributions to the agency strategy have resulted in increased brand awareness, leads, sales and ROI for LiFT's clients. Bryon really knows how to catch the eye of the moving crowd.

Glen Fields - COO

Glen Fields is LiFT's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing LiFT's day-to-day operations to ensure the CEO's client-specific strategy and vision are realized and carried out as well as specializing in strategic ad buying, analytics, and marketing strategy. Glen started out in the high-stakes world of government & government contracting work, and brings years of in-house and agency marketing experience to the LiFT team. Years of strict adherence to laws, rules and guidelines honed a methodical and precise approach to every new project and strategy, creating a winning combination of creativity and efficient execution. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Glen graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park. He is a proud Terp, a proud dog parent, a devoted husband and a hard-nosed team captain both at work and on the field. When not building better brands, Glen is competing in various sports, at the gym or enjoying a race track day with LiFT's CEO, Jonathan Brownfield. Glen's has multiple success LiFT client stories under his belt with increased brand awareness, leads, sales and ROI for political candidates, private schools, yacht dealers automotive subscriptions, sports teams and air shows. Jonathan Brownfield - CEO

Jonathan Brownfield is a Harvard-educated Digital Strategist. He was named a "Top 40 Under 40"in two magazines due to his work in digital marketing. He has guest lectured at three universities and has been featured as keynote speaker, presenting at both national and international conferences. In 2013, Jonathan founded LiFT Digital Media with the idea of creating a full-service data-driven online advertising agency. He spearheaded the company's development of a proprietary process for leveraging BIG DATA in order to develop optimized customer journeys. The end products are strategies to decrease our client's cost per action (cost per lead, cost per customer, cost per voter, etc). Jonathan is an active member of the local community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Digital Media Assembly, the Southern Automotive Media Association, and The Villages at Shawnee Bend. He is a member of the Saint Thomas University Athletics Advisory Board, the Florida Highway Patrol Advisory Council, and the Broward Sheriff's Advisory Council. His favorite pastimes include motorsports and writing about cars. Jonathan serves as Editor of BehindTheWheel.com, and automotive blog which has had content syndicated on a weekly basis to the Sun Sentinel, Orlando Sentinel, St Louis Post Dispatch, WENG Radio, and KRMS Radio. Because of his writings and online influence, manufacturers loan him a new test vehicle every week. Since 2014, he has tested over 250 vehicles, driven in 22 states, and experienced 8 race tracks. Jonathan was an award-winning sports photographer prior to his career in digital marketing. At the age of 17, He had the opportunity to shoot for Sports Illustrated Magazine and was quickly recognized as the youngest photographer ever to be published in the magazine. His photographs have since received national distribution through numerous top tier publications, including ESPN Magazine and USA Today.

Lily Harbers

Lily Harbers joined in March of 2022 as LiFT's Digital Media's Marketing Assistant, specializing in social media engagement, listening and support. In addition to creating and cultivating online conversations for LiFT's clients, Lily also supports the art department with digital graphics design, and the management team with administrative & support work. Outside of the office, Lily is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys traveling to gain new experiences and perspectives on life. In 2021, Lily graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communications from Florida International University. She returned to Florida International University later in 2021, to further her education with a Master's of Science in Mass Communications.
