We're based in Fremantle, Western Australia. A small port city filled with eclectic cafes, restaurants, beaches, parks, alternative shops, tourist points, old rustic buildings and modern grand designs. In 1865, Scottish born Robert Harper at just 23, established a colonial trading company in his own name. Importing flour, tea and spices he chose the lighthouse symbol to represent guidance and trust while providing the most demanding cooks with the finest of ingredients...
