Aria Dandawate received her B.S. in Biotechnology and a minor in Computer Science from New York University's Tandon School of Engineering in the spring of 2020. Her past experiences include a combination of wet lab Immunological research and some work involving the analysis of multi-omic biological data. Cliff Meyer

Cliff Meyer received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University in 2003. He is a computational biologist with expertise in algorithm development, genomic data integration, cancer gene regulation, epigenetics and nuclear receptor biology. His work includes methodological research projects, collaborative research with experimental biologists, and the broad dissemination of research findings through review articles and software. He has contributed to the development of several widely used algorithms for ChIP-chip, ChIP-seq, MNase-seq, DNase-seq, DNA methylation and CRISPR screen data analysis. Through integrating genome-wide transcription factor binding, chromatin dynamics, and gene expression profiles, he has studied the specificity and function of transcription factors, and chromatin regulators, and has experience in large-scale genomic data integration.

Yi Zhang

Yi Zhang received her Ph.D. in Bioengineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2019. With expertise in statistical learning and human genetics, she focused on computational method development to understand cancer-associated genetic variants. She is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in Dr. Shirley Liu's lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard University. Her research interests fall in the intersection of computational biology, machine learning and cancer genomics.
