LONNIE

Currently, Lonnie is educating "up and coming" students at his private drum studio in Kelowna, BC and performing with the local Jazz scene, vocal ensembles, festivals and school... Lonnie has been involved and playing music from early childhood. Raised in a Country/Gospel background with the "Burma Family Band" while growing up, Lonnie played around the Edmonton scene in the 70's to early 80's in various Country, Jazz, Rock and Blues settings. After attending Grant MacKewan Community College in 1984-86, Lonnie moved to BC and began his musical career as a drum shop owner, educator and musician.
