Andrew Parks, DDS, is a general dentist practicing at our Phillips Avenue location in High Point, North Carolina. Dr. Parks was raised in Salisbury, NC, and has loved living in and around the Triad area. He attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for his undergraduate education and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. During this time, he began to shadow his local dentist and get involved with NC Missions of Mercy dental clinics as a community volunteer. Those experiences showed him the real difference dentists could make in their communities, and he knew dentistry was perfect for him. Dr. Parks went on to pursue his dental education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry where he graduated in 2020. While in dental school, he quickly realized how much he enjoyed all aspects of the profession and wanted to return closer to home to serve his local communities. He sees dentistry as a way to connect with his community and provide his patients with top notch oral health services. Dr. Parks wants to show his patients how valuable oral health is to our overall wellbeing and health. When he is not at the office, Dr. Parks enjoys spending time with his wife Savannah and their daughter Vivienne. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling together, and spending time with their friends and family. He is also a sports enthusiast and loves to fish in his free time.

Ann Lin, DMD, is a general dentist practicing at our Winston Salem, North Carolina location. Dr. Lin was born in Maryland. She attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating dental school in 2018, she was selected to attend a multi-disciplinary general practice residency at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Growing up, having passion for art and science, she knew she was going to pursue a career that would allow her to practice both. Through her education and working on a diverse group of patients, she developed a great sense of relatability to individuals coming from different backgrounds. Because of her appreciation for different cultures, she understands that everybody has a different dental history and she strives to help her patients achieve their dental goals. Dr. Lin takes delight in creating and maintaining beautiful smiles. During her residency, she was trained extensively in cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, clear aligners, extractions, crown/bridge/implant restorations and TMJ dysfunction/pain. Following her residency, she has also completed 100 hours of pain management and anesthesia course. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and North Carolina Dental Society. She plans to become a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry soon. Dr. Lin is committed to life-long learning in all aspects of life. She enjoys expanding her knowledge and skillsets through taking continuing education courses. In her leisure, Dr. Lin and her family enjoy exploring art museums, foods from different cultures and hiking.

Dr. Runde is originally from Fishers, Indiana, where she was born and raised. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University with high distinction and majored in human biology. With a love of the arts, including ceramics and painting, and an interest in the medical field, she realized that dentistry is the perfect mix of her passions. After graduating, she started a new chapter in Charleston, South Carolina to pursue her dental education. She immediately matriculated into dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina and graduated in 2020. Dr. Runde is passionate about understanding the specific circumstances that shape each patient's experience in the dental chair and providing care in the most relaxed way possible. One of her favorite aspects of dentistry is taking a nervous patient and transforming their experience into something positive. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Runde enjoys exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her partner, Zach, and their dog, Maya.

Dr. Bonner is originally from Wilmington, NC. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. After joining the Pre-Dental club there, he really took an interest in the field. During this time, he worked for a local dentist during the summer and worked for the NC Missions of Mercy volunteer organization. These experiences made him realize that dentistry was the career for him. Dr. Bonner attended LECOM School of Dental Medicine for his degree in Dental Medicine. Afterwards, he decided to expand his education and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the Medical University of South Carolina. There he learned advanced techniques in all aspects of general dentistry. Growing up at the beach, he enjoys doing anything near the water. He is also an avid tennis player and competes in local leagues.

Sarah Stewart, DMD is a general dentist practicing at our Mooresville, North Carolina location. Dr. Stewart was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2015 where she received a dual degree in Psychology and Exercise & Sport Science. She went on to complete her dental education at Midwestern University's College of Dental Medicine outside of Chicago, graduating at the top of her class with honors and induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honorary Society. Dr. Stewart truly believes in providing her patients with the highest quality of care through the delivery of top-notch dental work combined with compassion, empathy and concern for the patients in her chair. She loves getting to know her patients and strives to gain mutual trust and understanding with them before she picks up any dental tools. Dr. Stewart also enjoys educating her patients about dental care and oral hygiene, and she loves the creative and emotional process of helping someone to regain confidence in their smile. In her free time, Dr. Stewart loves traveling and spending time outdoors with her partner, Christopher. They frequently enjoy hiking, running and playing tennis together and are always searching for their next adventure.

Dr. Vincent Straley graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch medical school in 1981. He then moved to Ruidoso New Mexico, a small town in the Southern Mountains of New Mexico. This is where he practiced dentistry for 26 years. He then moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico where he enjoyed practicing with his friend, Dr. Daniel Boudro. In 2014, he moved to South Carolina to continue his dental career. He has been actively practicing dentistry for 35 years. He still enjoys the challenge of dentistry daily and has a passion for taking care of people. He joined the Angel Dental Fort Mill team in February 2020 and has been a great addition. When not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Jennifer Loveland, DMD, is a general dentist practicing at Loveland Dental Group with locations in Concord, Winston-Salem, High Point, Cornelius, Deep River and Mooresville, North Carolina. Dr. Loveland was born and raised outside of Yellowstone National Park in Rexburg, Idaho. As the daughter of dentist Robert L. Walker, DMD, Dr. Loveland knew she would one day be in the dental field. Now, she's living her dream serving patients daily from her warm and welcoming office. In 2006, Dr. Loveland attended Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. For the next five years, she practiced as a dental hygienist and her passion for dentistry continued to burn brighter. Dr. Loveland then attended the inaugural class of Roseman University of Health Sciences in Salt Lake City, Utah, and graduated in 2015. Now, as a practicing professional, Dr. Loveland specializes in personalized orthodontic treatment and wide-ranging general dentistry. She loves being part of a formidable father-daughter duo, caring for patients of all ages, and being involved in her local community. As a mother of four, Dr. Loveland knows how to care for children who come to her office as if they were her own. Her oldest boy was diagnosed with autism in 2011 and she understands the challenges many parents are faced with in today's busy and demanding world of trying to raise children. When she's not transforming smiles, Dr. Loveland loves any excuse to be in the great outdoors. Or, you can find her on a comfy recliner reading a good book.

Robert L. Walker, DMD, was born and raised in Idaho, where he grew up fishing, hunting, and boating. Now, he works with his daughter as part of the Tarheel State's premier father-daughter-run dental practice. At Loveland Dental Group, with its six locations in Concord, Winston-Salem, High Point, Cornelius, Deep River and Mooresville, North Carolina, Dr. Walker regularly helps patients achieve their ideal smiles with individualized treatment plans. Dr. Walker attended Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho, and was later accepted into the Oregon Health Sciences School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon. Before attending dental school, Dr. Walker married his high school sweetheart with whom he has five children and 10 grandchildren. After dental school, Dr. Walker served in the U.S. Navy as a dentist, where he was stationed in San Diego, California, for much of that time. After his service in the military, both he and his wife wished to return to their roots in Idaho. Dr. Walker ran a successful practice in Rexburg, Idaho, for over 35 years. When his daughter, Jennifer Loveland, DMD, graduated from dental school, they wanted to practice dentistry together. They made the trek to the south and have loved the Carolinas with its rich culture and beautiful scenery. His patients have come to appreciate his compassion coupled with his broad range of experience in dentistry. He has always loved performing a variety of procedures, including wisdom teeth extraction, root canals, cosmetic treatments, and orthodontics. No matter what the procedure is, his disarming sense of humor and calming demeanor helps put patients at ease. When he's not in the office, Dr. Walker loves being outside - whether it's camping, fishing, or hiking - and spending time with his family.

Dr. O'Toole was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. He is a 2014 graduate of Virginia Tech, where he received his bachelor's degrees in both Biochemistry and Chemistry. He then attended VCU for graduate School before attending LECOM School of Dental Medicine for his degree in Dental Medicine. The goal since he was a young man was always to pursue a career in medicine . He also has always loved working with his hands, creating and/or fixing things any chance he gets. It wasn't until he began shadowing his childhood Dentist where he discovered he could combine these two passions and he has never looked back. These hand skills and knowledge obtained from courses he attended have given him the ability to tackle routine dentistry, as well as, complex oral rehabilitations. Dr. O'Toole is passionate about volunteering and continuing his education to better serve the community and his patients. He is dedicated to staying up to date with new advancements in dentistry. He also attends as many conferences as possible to provide the highest level of care possible to his patients. He is a well-rounded dentist offering a wide variety of services to his patients including root canal treatment, implants, orthodontics, and extractions. When he is not in the office, he is usually enjoying the outdoors. He heads to the mountains or out on the water every opportunity he has.

Dr. Nelson was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. Her interest in medical science and the arts brought her to a career in dentistry. Dr. Nelson received her undergraduate degree at Florida State University in 2014 with a Bachelor in Biology and minor in Chemistry. During her undergraduate career she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society in 2012, and graduated with honors. She attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky where she received her dental degree in 2019. While attending the University of Louisville, Dr. Nelson was chosen as one of eight students to serve as rural health scholars. Dr. Nelson made multiple trips to various underserved areas in Kentucky to provide dental care to children and adults in need. She also acted as a peer tutor, assisting younger students in their studies and clinical skills. Dr. Nelson sought to further advance her education through a post graduate residency program. She was selected as one of two residents at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Martinsburg, West Virginia. During her residency Dr. Nelson treated veterans with complex medical needs, expanding her proficiency in surgery and prosthodontic treatments. Dr. Nelson received her Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate June 2020. Dr. Nelson is a member of the American Dental Association, eager to serve the High Point community. She enjoys equestrian sports and being outdoors. Dr. Nelson also enjoys creating art and trying new forms of crafts.
