Allan Besigye

He is a statistician and economist with a record of accomplishment of over two-year hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University. While at Maarifa Consult he has undertaken a number of training in qualitative data analysis using Atlas.ti, Data Analysis using STATA/SPSS, mobile data collection using ODK. He is a dedicated, reliable and trustworthy person. He takes initiative and works with minimal supervision and is able to work very well as part of a team. Equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to delivering high quality work for our clients.

Arinda Ivan Kato

Arinda Ivan Kato (Associate Consultant-Nutrition): Ivan is a Public Health Nutritionist with over 5 years of experience in nutrition research, policy writing and donor funded organisations. He has worked with Hospitals like The China Uganda Friendship Hospital nutrition department and Non-government Organisations like Mildmay Uganda and Action Against hunger on projects aimed to reduce malnutrition among people living with HIV/ AIDS and refugees respectively in Uganda like Livelihood training and sustainability, Maternal Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) programs, Therapeutic Supplementary Feeding Programmes (TSFP) and Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI). He has also done freelance nutrition and dietitian services for clients suffering from overnutrition. Furthermore, Ivan has gone further to carry out research on nutrition and food security during his time with Nutriworth International where he was the research manager. In addition to this, Ivan also worked on the Chlorhexidine study under Makerere University school of public health as a data analyst. Finally, Ivan has also done some consultancy work with Maarifa consult mainly as a nutrition consultant dealing with policy and infrastructure review and gap analysis of nutrition, food security and WASH policies and initiatives. Arinda Ivan Kato, Ivan is a Public Health Nutritionist with over 5 years of experience in nutrition research, policy writing and donor funded organisations.

Daniel Masiko

Daniel Masiko is a Transformational Leadership, Management and Institutional Development Consultant with a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Relations Studies from Makerere University Kampala. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. Daniel has attained certification in various fields including training in Disaster Risk Reduction, Fundamentals of Project Management by PM4DEV, M&E Fundamentals by Global Health Learning USAID and John Hopkins Bloomberg, School of Public Health, HIV/AIDS Counselling by TASO Uganda. For the past 10 years, Daniel has been involved in a number of leadership and team development efforts. During this period, key strategic roles he has undertaken include transformational leadership development and capacity building for staff, team building for various audiences and institutions, strategic planning training and development for institutions, Human Resource planning and training, career development, organizational capacity assessment, monitoring and evaluation of community development projects, training and development, management skills improvement, child and youth development skills training, and child protection advocacy and training. Currently, Daniel is a member of the Uganda Evaluation Association (UEA) and has worked with International NGOs such as International Bible Society, AMG International, and ChildFund International. He also facilitates teaching engagements with Uganda Christian University and currently serves as a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Child Development and Children's Ministry - teaching Youth Ministry; imparting practical knowledge on Life Skills for youth, mentoring approaches and leadership training for effective youth ministry programming geared towards enabling them become responsible Christian citizens making a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others.

David Amwonya

Isaac Makuru Mane

He is a Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA) of the Chartered institute of Development Finance from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and has an ACCA student level II. He has a wealth of experience of over 13 years mixed experiences in; financial management, financial planning, analysis and reporting, project management, grant management, project planning, business development, project finance (appraisal and selections), impact evaluation and monitoring and evaluation for various projects for both international funded organizations, local NGOs and UN agencies. He has also been at forefront in implementing projects funded by different donor organizations including; Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (German Red Cross, Norwegian Red Cross, Danish Red Cross, ICRC, IFRC), international donors such USAID, ECHO, BMZ, UNHCR, WFP, Dubai Care, UNICEF and AA) for both international development and humanitarian organizations. In addition, as a Development Finance Specialist, he is specialized in; designing interventions, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation, research management and presentation and training on the use of Modern tools. Mr. Odwera Emmanuel
