Erum Khan, DPT, is a a Physical Therapist at PT Max Inc, located in Hamilton, New Jersey. She has over a decade of experience treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries including back pain, sports injuries, vestibular therapy, manual therapy, laser therapy, and lymphedema treatments for cancer survivors. Dr. Khan earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from AT Still University and completed her masters in Physical Therapy from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College. Dr. Khan is bilingual in English and Spanish, and takes her time to understand your symptoms. She is devoted to ensuring the longevity of her patients' health and developing long-lasting relationships. Dr. Shah obtained his medical degree from Rowan-Virtua SOM in New Jersey. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Jefferson Health. He then went on to complete his Fellowship training in Gastroenterology at Jefferson Health, where he was honored to be selected as Chief Fellow. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is an active member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Shah caters to a spectrum of medical needs, including (but not limited to) nausea and vomiting, acid reflux, stomach pain, pancreatic and biliary diseases, liver disease, diarrhea, IBD and IBS. He is an expert in general gastroenterology procedures as well as advanced endoscopic procedures such as ERCP, endoscopic luminal stenting, and EMR. He has a strong passion for teaching and routinely gives lectures to the community on a variety of gastroenterology disorders. Dr. Shah is committed to providing the highest quality of care to his patients to ensure their longevity and to provide a positive and fulfilling lifestyle. Zafar Zamir, MD, FACG, AGAF is a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist who has been caring for the Hamilton community for decades. He earned his Medical Degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan, and completed his Residency Training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and Fellowship in Gastroenterology from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Zamir has a particular interest in IBS and General Gastroenterology, including hemorrhoids and other ano-rectal disorders. Dr. Zamir has held a variety of leadership roles in the local community, including as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Rutgers RWJ Medical School and as President of the Medical Staff at RWJ University Hospital Hamilton. Dr. Baig has a particular interest in Endoscopies, Colonoscopies, ERCP, Esophageal, Duodenal and Colonic Stenting, Advanced Polypectomy Techniques, Complicated Esophageal Strictures and Lower GI Endoscopic Mucosal Resections. He has received a variety of awards and recognitions, including the American College of Physicians Clinical Research Award and the Barrett H. Bolton Award for Humanism. Zak Maniya MD, FACP, is a triple board-certified physician in Nephrology & Hypertension, Critical Care and Internal Medicine at Maniya Health, located in Hamilton, New Jersey. Dr. Maniya completed his Nephrology and Critical Care training at Columbia University in New York and has over 30 years of experience in all forms of kidney diseases. He is a master at combining his vast knowledge and expertise with compassion. His philosophy is to treat the patient as a whole, not only the kidneys. He currently serves as Chief of Nephrology at St. Francis Medical Center and is involved in teaching medical residents. He also serves as Medical Director of the DaVita Hamilton and Dialysis Centers, and under his leadership the center achieved Medicare's highest 5-star ranking for quality of patient care. During his spare time he unwinds by going on the treadmill and reading books on philosophy, cosmology and astrophysics. Jigar K. Shah, DO is a Board-Certified family medicine physician at Maniya Health. He has received extensive training in acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, hyperlipidemia and more. In addition, he has extensive experience and training osteopathic manipulative medicine, a form of hands-on therapy to treat a variety of musculoskeletal complaints and conditions. Dr. Shah enjoys learning about his patients' lives and forming close bonds with them and their families. He is excited to return to New Jersey and improve the health of the New Jersey community. Dr. Shah completed residency in family medicine at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education - National Family Medicine Residency at Unity Health Care in Washington, DC. Unity Health Care is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center and teaching health center in the nation's capital, where he received extensive training in community medicine, serving the underserved populations of DC. He also received training at Howard University Hospital, The George Washington University Hospital, the VA Medical Center of Washington, DC, and the Children's National Medical Center. He completed medical school and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. He was born and raised in New Jersey, and attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology while majoring in biomedical engineering. Dr. Shah is an avid sports fan, and in addition to playing basketball, loves to watch his New York Football Giants. He is also huge fan of the soccer English Premier League and passionately supports Chelsea FC. He is patiently waiting for the day to see his Knicks and Mets win a title in his lifetime. He also enjoys watching movies, binging TV shows, and hiking.

Lauren is a licensed and board-certified Nurse Practitioner at Maniya Health, located in Hamilton, New Jersey. Lauren earned her Bachelor of science degree in nursing from Widener University. She then earned her Master's of science degree from Purdue University Global, and because a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Lauren continued her schooling and earned her post-graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, becoming double-board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Lauren has ten years of experience as a Nurse and later as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine, Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. She is a detail-oriented, compassionate, and efficient provider who takes pride in providing the highest quality of care to all of her patients. In her free time, Lauren enjoys going to the gym, reading, and spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends.
