MARC India has been established with the aim to disseminate the MARC (Mesophilic Aerobic Rapid Composting) technology and its implementation in different states in India to overcome the problem of solid waste management through sustainable way. MARC India is a firm with joint proprietorship of two experts from interdependent fields. One partner, who developed the technology, is responsible for the technical aspect of the composting technology in the fields and marketing; the other one is responsible also for its marketing, and implementing in fields and takes the responsibility of its operation and maintenance. The first partner has experience of over 30 years and expertise in the fields of solid waste management, environmental sanitation, waste water and septage management in India and some developing countries.
