Bryn began her career as an editor and writer at WWD and W magazine, and served as Public Relations Director at Dior Beauty for seven years. There, she oversaw each of the brand's categories, including color cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, and men's skincare. In addition to managing press strategies and special events, she built the brand's extensive celebrity and editorial makeup artist program, and was responsible for creating one of the industry's first Beauty Ambassador programs. In 2013, Bryn formed Bryn Kenny Creative, an independent communications consultancy, and has since worked with many brands in the niche and luxury categories, including: Surratt Beauty, Vilhelm Parfumerie, Liquides Imaginaires, Frapin Parfums, Whittemore House Salon, Shiseido, Cle de Peau, Phylia Haircare, Clark's Botanicals, and Salon Ruggeri. She believes that every product has a unique and intriguing story to tell-beyond its ingredients and packaging-and works to create big picture ideas that help brands evolve to the "next level" of success and recognition.

After a successful career in marketing and PR in the book publishing industry, representing dozens of New York Times best-selling authors, Matthew transitioned into a career of consumer marketing and PR at a few of New York's top ranked agencies before ultimately launching his own firm, Place New York PR, Inc. Starting with clients Santa Maria Novella and Malin + Goetz, he curated a boutique agency environment meant to replicate the intimacy of the group teams he managed at the larger shops with three to four team members all working closely on 8 to 10 pieces of business of various sizes and types. Along the way the agency has strategized and implemented public relations and marketing programs for lifestyle brands including: Lafco New York, ReVive skincare, Dr. Sebagh, Serge Lutens, Byredo, Ochre home furnishings, David Weeks Studio, John Robshaw textiles, Carrier and Company Interior Design, Amanda Nisbet Interior Design, Arne Jacobsen for Knoll, Atelier Cologne, Kjaer Weis, Korres, Kevin Murphy, BITE Beauty, Hermès, Room & Board and many others.
