MediHawaii is a division of Solera Integrated Medical Solutions, a Hawaii-based company with a history of success in medical claim processing for workers' compensation, automobile, group health, and liability markets since 1993. In 2017, Solera IMS partnered with WCEDI (a U.S. leader in electronic connectivity) to deliver powerful and nimble healthcare transaction processing solutions. The "M" in MediHawaii stands for "Medical", the "edi" stands for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and "Hawaii"stands for our singular focus on enabling Hawaii's healthcare providers and payers to work better together... MediHawaii is building an electronic "ecosystem" for the processing of medical claims whereby medical bills, treatment plans, pre-approvals, various forms and reports, payments and remittance advice can be transmitted efficiently, timely, securely, and positively (proof of service accountability) between healthcare providers and insurers.
