Chris A. Chesebrough is the President of Millennium Hospitality Management Group overseeing all facets of the company. Mr. Chesebrough has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. During that time Mr. Chesebrough has served in all areas of the industry from operations to sales and marketing, along with many years of single and multi-unit management experience with iconic brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, Hyatt and Choice Hotels. Throughout his career he has achieved strong bottom line profits, unprecedented guest satisfaction and strong associate satisfaction results. He and his teams have been the recipient of many awards, ranging from Hotel of the Year with Marriott and Wyndham, to GM of the year and Regional GM of the year, including multiple awards for Opening Hotel of the Year with brands such as Hilton, Marriott and Choice.

Dennis DiNardo

Dennis has a wealth of experience in a variety of various positions from Assistant Chief Engineer for a SpringHill Suites by Marriott to a Manufacturing Engineer for Caterpillar and most recently as a General Contractor/Electrician for J&D Morts Contracting. A Certified Electrician, Dennis has recently completed his Bachelor of Science in Technology Management with a GPA of 4.0 from California University of PA. He also received the Presidential Scholarship Award while gaining his Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical Technology.

Shawna Reed

Shawna Reed is the Regional Director of Operations/General Manager for Millennium Hospitality. Shawna focuses on supporting, mentoring and training up and coming leaders within the company, and is responsible for managing the operations and profitability of each assigned property. She works closely with brand representatives and Millennium on standards compliance along with maintaining superior guest experience scores, direct recruitment and development of hotel teams, and finally, proactively create and implement strategies to enhance the profitability and revenue generation of a hotel. Shawna has won several awards with Wyndham from "Best of the Best" to achieving Quality Assurance scores of 100%.
