In addition, Bill also currently serves as a Senior Operating Partner, responsible for communications infrastructure investments at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm specializing in North American infrastructure and the majority equity holder in Cologix. Bill was most recently Executive Vice President of Cloud Services at VMware and previously served as President of Savvis, a public data center and cloud infrastructure provider. Bill previously served on the Board of Directors of Ciena, euNetworks and Telx, a leading cross-connection and colocation platform. Bill is a former British Army Officer and holds a Master of Arts in Engineering from Cambridge University.

Brian is a Senior Managing Director with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and has been involved with investments across a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining Stonepeak, Brian worked for H.I.G. Capital. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in the investment banking division. Brian is currently a Director on the boards of Cologix, euNetworks, Extenet Systems and Vertical Bridge. Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School, a Master's of Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

With more than 23 years of enterprise technology sales experience, Chris Heinrich serves as the Chief Sales Officer at Cologix. He is responsible for sales strategy and execution. Most recently, Chris led North America sales for Adobe's Document Cloud/eSign SaaS business. Prior to that, he spent over nine years at VMware, where he held numerous sales and leadership roles. Chris holds a BA from Fresno State University where he studied Communications, Marketing and Advertising.

Cyrus is a Principal with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and sits on the board of two of the firm's communications investments (Cologix & euNetworks). Prior to joining Stonepeak, Cyrus was a Principal at BC Partners, focusing on investments in the industrials and telecommunications sectors. Cyrus also has additional investing and transaction experience across a broad range of sectors while at Advent International and J.P. Morgan. Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Dawn is President and Chief Operating Officer of Cologix, where she leads the company's strategic initiatives, real estate development, human resources, legal, all other administrative functions, and corporate strategy. She also serves as Corporate Secretary to the company's Board of Directors. Prior to Cologix, Dawn was most recently the executive vice president and chief legal officer of McAfee, where she led the legal and government relations organization globally. Prior to McAfee, Dawn was the senior vice president and chief legal officer at VMware. After serving in the U.S. Navy, Dawn graduated from Stanford Law School. Dawn joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and then became partner at Morrison & Foerster with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings, board advisory, and corporate governance. Dawn currently serves on the board of directors of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. Her leadership has earned numerous recognitions in the field of law, including: Top 50 Women Lawyers in the U.S. by the National Diversity Council, Value Champion Award by the Association of Corporate Counsel, Most Innovative In-House Legal Team in North America, and Top 20 General Counsel by the Financial Times. In addition to her JD from Stanford Law School, Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, where she also received the Vice Admiral Lawrence Award for most outstanding woman athlete. As a commissioned officer, Dawn was chosen for the highly competitive naval nuclear submarine program founded by Admiral Hyman Rickover, and while in the Navy she earned an MBA from Providence College.

Jessica Bennett is the General Counsel of Cologix, where she leads the Company's legal team, partnering with all Company organizations to handle commercial contract negotiations, construction and development projects, regulatory and legal compliance matters, and corporate governance. Jessica also drives the legal component on the negotiation and closing of numerous mergers and acquisition transactions as well as equity and debt financings in support of the Company's expansion plans. Prior to Cologix, Jessica held associate roles in the Real Estate practice group of Sidley Austin LLP in New York, New York, and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in Denver, Colorado. Jessica holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

desGarennes is a Senior Operating Partner with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and supports Stonepeak's investments in communications infrastructure. Prior to joining Stonepeak, he served for over ten years as the Chief Financial Officer of Zayo Group, overseeing all financial operations of the business and financial deals. Before Zayo, desGarennes served as CFO at Wire One Communications. desGarennes received his B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland in College Park.

Laura is President and Chief Revenue Officer of Cologix, where she leads strategic sales, revenue strategy, and focusing the company on deepening customer relationships and broadening the go-to-market strategy to include the fast-growing ecosystem of hyperscale cloud providers. She is also responsible for all aspects of how the company interacts with current customers and prospects. Laura has more than 24 years of experience leading software and IT business operations, revenue management and client relationship management, pre-and-post-sales, global support services, and customer experience. She thrives in building strong relationships in a dynamic, customer-focused business environment, driving high-performing teams in a "together we win" culture to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. Prior to Cologix, Laura was EVP and Chief Customer Officer at Equinix, providing a world-class experience for their customers. Laura also spent nine years at VMware, where she oversaw the Cloud Services business as co-General Manager and Vice President, leading VMware's Global Sales and Customer Success teams. Prior to joining VMware, Laura led a global technical support services team and mergers & acquisition team for Jeppesen, a Boeing Company. Laura spent eight years working at Lockheed Martin, holding a variety of technical and executive management leadership positions. She is a recognized leader in the industry, receiving a leadership award from the Professional Business Women of California (PBWC) for her commitment to supporting women and girls in technology. Laura serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Colorado Boulder- Leeds School of Business and on the Alumni Board for the University of Alabama- Huntsville. Matt has 20+ plus years of experience leading worldwide IT and telecommunications organizations. He has served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for the Network and Customer Care Centers of Level 3 Communications, as Senior Vice President for Level 3's IP Network, Voice over IP and Video Engineering and as Senior Vice President of IT Operations for Level 3. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wyoming.

Nathan Hazelwood, Chief Strategic Sourcing and Product Officer of Cologix, has responsibility for leading all aspects of supply chain, vendor management and strategic sourcing throughout the company. Over the past 18 years, Nathan has been an industry leader in supply chain by forging new ways of procuring that's led to a change in how manufacturers and end users benefit together. Prior to joining Cologix, Hazelwood held leadership roles in the data center industry at CyrusOne and QTS. He was responsible for overseeing development projects, establishing corporate standards, building procurement departments, setting overall strategic sourcing strategies, creating robust supply chains and fostering strategic partnerships. Hazelwood holds a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University.

She also leads the company's communications activities including press, media and investor relations. Over the past 20 years in high tech, Page has held various marketing leadership positions. Most recently, she was the global head of Brand Strategy, Content and Creative Services at Equinix. In her years at Equinix, Page also led Americas Regional Marketing, Marketing Planning and one of the company's top global customer experience initiatives. Prior to Equinix, Page held Marketing leadership roles at Dolby Laboratories, AT&T Broadband/Comcast and Charter Communications. Throughout her career, Page has been recognized for building and leading high performing teams as well as for developing winning strategies. Page has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Vanderbilt University.

Rachel Stack is the Chief Financial Officer at Cologix. Rachel leads financial strategy, capital markets, and accounting functions. She also drives Cologix's corporate development strategy as Cologix continues to expand throughout North America. Rachel has held various financial leadership positions in telecommunications and banking throughout her career. Most recently, she was SVP, Corporate Strategy and Development for Zayo where she led Zayo's mergers & acquisitions, strategy, treasury, real estate, and capital markets efforts. Prior to Zayo, Rachel was a Director in Royal Bank of Canada's (RBC) Communications, Media and Entertainment group where she worked with large telecom and communications infrastructure companies. During her time at RBC's investment bank, Rachel led the execution of more than 25 M&A transactions totaling more than $3BN and 50 financings totaling $150BN. Before working at RBC, Rachel was an Associate at Daniels & Associates. Rachel received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA in Economics from Columbia University.
