To maintain the highest quality levels, we make everything from scratch, including our own sauces, seasonings and stocks. We do not use any ready-made ingredients (known as compound ingredients) apart from gluten-free pasta and authentic fish sauce which is naturally fermented for 18 months... Suppliers to the healthcare, foodservice and catering sectors for over 30 years, Mrs Gill's Kitchen produces quality meals in a wide range of cuisines. We are experts in special diet, texture modified, International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) meals, free-from, and Asian Halal meals.
