Ann is a life long resident of Eastern Idaho. Born and raised in Teton Valley, she met her husband Bill at Brigham Young University. They have been married for 40 years and have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Ann and Bill have been business owners/partners in several successful ventures including Homecare Medical Equipment, a multi-state respiratory company and Pierre's Playhouse Melodrama Theatre/Pierre's Dutch Oven Restaurant. After selling their respiratory company to a national concern, Ann's expertise in the service industry made for a smooth transition into the mortgage field, and in 2003, she felt that it was time to start a mortgage company that carried the same values and integrity as her previous businesses. Nexus Financial Group Idaho (renamed Nexus Mortgage Lending in 2018) was born, and has continued to thrive based solely upon word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients.

Melissa Puckett -- Owner, Licensed Loan Originator
Melissa was raised in Eastern Idaho, and has been a licensed mortgage loan officer for over 15 years. Additionally, she has extensive experience as a mortgage loan processor, and as a regional Account Executive with a national wholesale mortgage lender. This has given her added experience and expertise within the mortgage industry. Melissa has a great ability and desire to work closely with, and educate her clients so that they fully understand how mortgages work. When working with Melissa, you'll often hear her say, "It depends!" This is because there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to mortgages. Each client has their own unique financial situation and needs. What works for one client may not work for another. In addition to providing exceptional service, it is her priority to ensure that her clients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the loan process. She is very open and honest, and feels strongly about helping her clients make the best decisions for their future. Family is extremely important to her, and she enjoys working at Nexus along side her mother, Ann Fischer.
