Naltrexone is a medication used in MAT- now widely recognized as the brand name Vivitrol, however so little is understood by the rank-and-file treatment industry clinicians about this medication, and it's potential use in treatment, and furthermore, that a potentially FDA-approved sustained-release version is just on the horizon.
