Diana Luevanos

Diana Luevanos is the Compliance Officer for Nacogdoches Medical Center (NMC). Diana has more than 20 years of experience in hospital operations and has an in-depth knowledge of contracts and healthcare regulations. She has been with NMC parent company, Tenet Healthcare since 2017, serving as a Supervising Contract Administrator. Prior to joining Tenet Diana was a Program Manager for the Department of Veteran's Affairs. She earned her master's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix.

Jeff Patterson - CEO

NMC recently announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer (CEO) with deep roots in the East Texas community. Jeff Patterson reprised his role overseeing the strategic, operational and clinical activities for Nacogdoches Medical Center and its 10 outpatient locations in early March 2020. Patterson previously served as the organization's leader from 2015 to 2017. Under his leadership, NMC earned top scores for patient experience and physician and employee engagement. The hospital obtained certifications from the Joint Commission for Chest Pain, Advanced Primary Stroke Care, and Total Joint procedures while the network expanded service provisions to include a new Outpatient Therapy location, MedPost Urgent Care Center, and the first Level II NICU in Nacogdoches. After leaving NMC in 2017, Patterson served as CEO of Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital and Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Phoenix, Ariz. While there, Patterson earned the 2019 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for his role in securing a ranking of top 5 percent in the nation for emergency department patient satisfaction at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital. Among his many accomplishments, Patterson has been named one of Modern Healthcare's Up and Comers and was recognized by Becker's Hospital Review as a Rising Star. He holds an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University, College Station.

Patti Bennett

Patti was appointed CNO in January 2019 and is responsible for Pharmacy, Nursing, Case Management and Quality. She has significant executive management and administrative experience in non-profit, for-profit and academic health systems. Patti earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch. She also holds a Masters of Science in Nursing from Texas Women's University.

Randy joined the NMC team in May of 2017. He served as Chief Executive Officer of CHI St. Luke's Health-Memorial Livingston from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that time, he served as Chief Financial Officer in Texas hospitals located in Midland, Odessa, and Mission. Randy received his Master of Business Administration from Bethel University College of Professional Studies in Nashville, TN, and his Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Louisiana State University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985.

Teresa Farrell - CHRO

Teresa began her career at Nacogdoches Medical Center in 1987 as Staff Coordinator. In May 2000, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources and now serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Volunteers. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Her professional affiliations include SHRM and Pineywoods HR Association.
