New Morning Bakery has been located in downtown Corvallis since the late 70's. It has had several owners over the years (The Weinstein Family for over 30), with Tristan & Keara James taking over the reigns in early 2012. Tristan had worked at New Morning for 12 years, starting off as a dishwasher and eventually becoming the General Manager. Since purchasing the business, the James Family has tried to enhance NMB's reputation as the go-to eatery in Corvallis, as well as make some changes and updates to NMB's offerings.
