Carl Luque oversees the operations, sales, transportation and supply chain strategy for numerous corporate stores and distribution centers throughout the NPW network. Carl has over 20 years of automotive experience in several leadership roles as General Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Director of Operations with Auto Plus Auto Parts, Uni-Select and Parts Depot before joining NPW as their Vice President of Operations. He has a strong track record of positive results with continuous improvement projects, rebuilding existing operations, and startup operations. Carl's extensive experience in developing talent, team-building and improving the strength of the internal leadership team has been a great asset for NPW.

Chris Pacey is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of National Performance Warehouse and currently oversees NPW's 19 warehouse locations and over 700 employees across North America. He is responsible for the day to day operations, including strategic planning and acquisition transitions.
Chris started his career in the family business at the early age of 13 stocking parts during his summer break. When he graduated high school in 2002, he began working the counter full-time while attending college. Through the years, Chris had the opportunity to experience all areas of the business, allowing him to gain unique insight into every facet of the business. He eventually worked his way up and went on to become Operations Manager in 2005, General Manager in 2008 & Vice President of Sales in 2012.
During Chris's tenure as a senior level executive and manager, NPW has tripled in size. Chris has also been influential in integrating National's many acquisitions through system training and policy/procedure work flows. He continues to be an integral part of their rapid growth and has lead their transition in technological advancements that have helped the company maintain its durable presence in a continuously changing environment.
Chris's "Customer First" approach continues to be evident in not only company-wide service, but in his ability to establish strong and loyal relationships with every customer. He strives to always make himself directly available and understands the importance of "face-to-face" interactions with each one, regardless of size. Because of this, he dedicates much of his time to personally visiting, not only their various locations, but also their customers, locally and nationally. Chris attributes much of NPW's rapid success to the strong and dedicated management team. With the support of his brother John, he hopes to continue NPW's rapid growth and follow in their father's footsteps for many years to come.
Active in the industry, Chris is a member of the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) and the Young Executives Network (YEN). He also serves on the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Product Committee. Chris also volunteers as a sports coach in his local community.
Chris is a Miami native and lives here with his wife, Aileen. They have one child, Justin, who is currently in third grade. He enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his family.

Claudia Castaño joined NPW in 2018 and serves as Director of Human Resources leading the company's HR operations and initiatives including compliance, talent acquisition, payroll and benefit administration, compensation and analytics, and overall HR support to the business. Claudia has strong ties to NPW, formerly serving their HR consultant.
Claudia is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles across various industries. After earning her bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, Claudia was selected to attend the Disney Management Training Program. She went on to be a member of Disney's Opening Teams for the All-Star Sports and Music Resorts and the Disney's Boardwalk Hotel. Claudia also managed a contingent workforce of over 600 employees for both FAA and FDA regulated manufacturers in South Florida. Most recently, Claudia was the Director of Human Resources for one the largest privately-owned restaurant groups in South Florida.

Dave Richardson is the Director of Information Technology at NPW. Dave was born and raised in Southwest Virginia. Dave is leading our IT team to create a unique customer-focused experience both online and through strategic initiatives to help drive sales and overall system performance and stability. Throughout Dave's career he has gained valuable experience leading and directing IT initiatives in the Automotive Aftermarket arena and understands our business model. Prior to NPW, Dave had a long tenure with Parts Depot, Uni-Select, and Auto Plus/Pep Boys.
Dave and his wife Stephanie have relocated to Miami, Florida and he works out of our corporate office here. They have 4 children and enjoy the great outdoors and baseball. On most weekends they are either on the water, camping in a tent or a 5th Wheel, or enjoying a Miami Marlins game. Dave is an avid outdoors men. He is heavily involved as the Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scouts of America. He enjoys hunting, camping, fishing, the Virginia Tech Hokies and is a huge Nascar fan.

With this knowledge, he has been able to better understand the daily hurdles encountered across all departments and the intertwining of each. Jon, a native to Salt Lake City, is an extremely experienced and successful member of the Automotive Aftermarket with strong roots in operations and sales. After graduating high school in Denver, Jon returned home to Salt Lake to study business and business management at both The University of Utah and LDS Business College. Jon started his journey in the aftermarket as a truck driver at a small service station cooperative in Salt Lake while attending college and quickly set his sights on a management role so he could be able to effect change. In Jon's 30 plus years in the aftermarket he has held key senior management positions with Republic Automotive, Parts Depot, CARQUEST and Factory Motor Parts as well as MAC Tools across the country including stops in Denver, Davenport, Portland Maine, Roanoke, Nashville and Kansas City before returning home to Salt Lake. Jon spent 10 years away from auto parts in key senior level management positions with both Staples and Netflix specializing in building and managing distribution centers before returning to the Automotive Aftermarket that he enjoys so much with NPW as the Sales Director for the Utah/Idaho group of stores and warehouses and subsequently moved into the General Manager role. Jon is currently the VP of Northwest Operations with sales and operations responsibilities for all warehouse and store operations in Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington along with store operations in Arizona and California.
Jon and his wife Julie have two children and six grandchildren and currently reside in South Jordan, Utah. Jon is a devote University of Utah fan, go Utes, and a passionate Corvette enthusiast well known on the local car scene in Salt Lake City. Larry Pacey - CEO, Chairman, President

Throughout his career, Larry has served on the Board of Directors for SEMA, PWA AND AWDA. Larry is the only person to have ever served on all three association boards simultaneously. He currently serves on the board for the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance and the AAM Group. One of his accomplished goals while serving as Area Director for PWA was to bring electronic price updates to over 90% of performance lines.
Larry's 45 years of experience began in 1969 when he started National Carburetor Exchange in a 600 square foot building, rebuilding and installing carburetors for the South Florida market. Starting the business on his own, he was responsible for all areas of the business, from rebuilding the carburetors to sales and collections. Over a five-year period, the business evolved into a retail parts store handling many performance lines in addition to the carburetor line.
Not many companies in our industry can say they have been in business for over 50 years. NPW has weathered all the ups and downs over the years and that is a tribute to the steadfast leadership of the Pacey Family. You will see by this information that NPW has had great performance and consistent growth.

Rick Kovalick, National Performance's Sr. VP or Purchasing & Marketing, hails from a long career with the Specialty Automotive industries leaders Keystone Automotive Operations, Keystone Automotive Warehouse and 10 years with NPW Companies. His career began in retail and installer sales in 1971 and Rick rapidly moved up the ranks in Top Fuel Champion and owner Joe Amato's Keystone Automotive Warehouse organization to establish and lead a professional purchasing and marketing team for over 25 years.
In the WD business Rick was instrumental in seeing the needs of the distributor to do more for their jobbers than just supply them parts. Rick started the company's wholesale newsletters, led development of marketing tools used by jobbers, oversaw 24 retail stores and developed many of the various other marketing programs. He always wants to make it easy for customers and vendors to do business with his teams.
Rick has a deep understanding of replacement, performance, truck and aftermarket accessories businesses.
Rick's career had him grow from managing several speed shop locations for Joe Amato in eastern Pennsylvania to being a buyer, to being the purchasing manager, to VP of Purchasing and finally VP of Vendor Negotiations for the Bain Capital ownership of Keystone. Today he fills many rolls in the NPW Companies primarily in Purchasing and Marketing.
During his career Rick has been involved in industry organizations and events. He has served on the Board of Directors of SEMA, served on various panels and committees for SEMA and PWA (now CAN) and been guest speaker and panelist for many rep and industry conferences.
