Alastair Farish

Alastair is currently finalising his NEBOSH OHS National Diploma and is a qualified ISO 45001 lead implementer and lead auditor through BSI. He first trained as a combat medic before going on to study and qualify as an advanced life support paramedic and work in both the public and private healthcare systems. His passion for first aid was realized at an early stage during his professional paramedic career, when he saw first hand the positive impact that first aid treatment can have on a critically ill patient. He is also a successful business owner within the field of health and safety and has a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for implementing successful health and safety management systems.

Clare Thomas

After qualifying as a nurse at the world renowned hospital - Groote Schuur - in Cape Town, South Africa, Clare went on to work in both private and NHS hospitals in the UK. She was a senior staff nurse at St Mary's Hospital in London, where one of her responsibilities was being part of the cardiac resuscitation team. Other areas of practise through the years have been within the midwifery and coronary care fields as well as taking on a more administrative medical role for private medical companies. She has also completed courses in health & safety and fire safety, and these together with her combined nursing and administration experience, knowledge of resuscitation and first aid, Clare forms a crucial part of this dynamic team.

Helen Farish

With her wealth of experience over the last 20 years as a business owner and manager, Helen is the driving force behind the daily management, coordination, client liaison and all aspects of the general business management within the company. Her strengths include good communication skills, commitment to quality client service and logical and meticulous planning. She has successfully completed various Level 3 awards in Education & Training, Health & Safety and First Aid at Work as well as courses in fire safety and first aid instructing. This has enabled her to regularly participate in presenting and assessing the company's offering of training courses and keep her skills and knowledge of the industry up to date.
