Charles "Chuck" Fox

As chief medical officer, Chuck Fox, MD, oversees all medical operations of the Academic Medical Center. Dr. Fox received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center - New Orleans in 1989. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at Yale University School of Medicine and subsequently completed a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, 1997. He also serves as Professor and Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology and Vice Chancellor of Clinical Affairs at LSU Health Shreveport as well as President and CEO for the Ochsner LSU Physician Group Learn more about Dr. Fox.

Chris Mangin

Chris Mangin oversees the daily operations of our flagship hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center - our Academic Medical Center. Chris has more than 20 years' experience in healthcare administrative leadership roles and successfully led our St. Mary Medical Center as CEO for two years. He holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Louisiana State University - Shreveport and a Master of Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

Chuck Daigle - CEO

As interim chief executive officer, Chuck Daigle oversees our healthcare delivery system in our hospitals, primary care centers, urgent cares, as well as our ambulatory surgery and diagnostic centers. brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare management and health insurance, including roles as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Willis Knighton Health System in Shreveport, and as vice president of management and professional services at Our Lake of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He served as a member of the executive committee and board chairman for the Louisiana Hospital Association, and as a board member for Vizient/VHA Gulf States, among several others. Mr. Daigle earned his bachelor's and master's degrees of business administration from Louisiana State University.

Deborah Grimes

Dr. Charles Webb

Dr. Charles Webb is a Primary Care Sports Medicine and Family Medicine physician at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport. He has been an Associate Professor and Director, Division of Sports Medicine within the Department of Family Medicine at LSU Health Shreveport since January, 2021. He was born in Fort Worth, TX, and grew up in Saginaw, TX. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Christian University, in Fort Worth, TX. He completed his medical degree at The University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his Family Medicine Osteopathic Internship at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas in Fort Worth, before completing his Family Medicine Residency at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. Dr. Webb then severed his military obligation with the U.S. Army by serving at Fr. Sill, OK, Ft. Belvoir, VA, Ft. Benning, GA, and FT. Lewis, WA. While serving in the Army, Dr. Webb accomplished his sports medicine training with the National Capital Consortium with Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and a Faculty Development Fellowship with The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is a 9-year Army veteran who has served stateside, in Germany, Korea, and the Middle East. He is board certified in family medicine and primary care sports medicine.During his Army career, he was faculty for three family medicine residencies. Upon leaving the Military Dr. Webb joined the faculty at Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU), Portland, OR and created OHSU's Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. It is still the only Primary Care Sports Medicine Program in the state of Oregon. During this time, Dr. Webb, trained 12 sports medicine physicians, set the stage for a world class program in Oregon, and became team physician for Portland State University, Lewis & Clark College, and several local high schools. He also served on several local and state committees, including the Oregon School Activities Association Sports Medicine Committee. Where he helped outline the concussion, heat illness and many other policies that govern high school sports in the state of Oregon.Dr. Webb is internationally known for sports medicine especially in the areas of concussion, the care of low back pain with biomechanics, osteopathic manipulation. He has written over 25 publications and over 30 national or international presentations to his credit.He is married to his high school crush Laura. He has 3 beautiful daughters. His personal passions include his family, faith, sports of all types but especially high school and college football, cycling, golf, and antiquing with his wife Laura. Charles and Laura are blessed to be back home in the South (she is from TX with Roots in SC and LA) and are honored to call Shreveport home.During his Army career, he was faculty for three family medicine residencies. Dr. Kenneth Aguirre

Dr. Kenneth Aguirre is a Primary Care / Sports Medicine physician at Ochsner LSU Health and an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at LSU Health Shreveport. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. After high school he enlisted in the US Army. While in the Army he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Sciences at American Military University in Charles Town, WV. After the military he completed a Post Baccalaureate Pre-med program at Columbia University in New York, NY. He completed his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten and his Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA. He completed his Sports Medicine training with The University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine.His military career includes enlisting in the US Army on active duty from 2001 to 2007. During his first obligation he served stateside at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and overseas in South Korea. During his last year of Family Medicine residency, Dr. Aguirre joined the US Army Reserves as an officer. He is still currently serving in the US Army Reserves.Dr. Aguirre specializes in nonoperative musculoskeletal injuries, concussion, ultrasound guided injections, disease prevention, acute and chronic disease management. He is also fluent in Spanish.He is married to Natalie Trujillo-Aguirre who is also a Family Medicine Assistant Professor at LSU Health Shreveport. They have a son Kaleb and a rescue pup Copper. His personal passions include helping the underserved population, traveling, sports, collecting sneakers, hanging out with his family and working out. Ken, Natalie, Kaleb and Copper are honored to call Shreveport home. Dr. Aguirre has been very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful so far in my visits/follow ups.

John Green

John is a Shreveport native and veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve - departing with the rank of Staff Sergeant, an executive level Non-Commissioned Officer. Prior to joining Ochsner LSU Health, John served as the Shreveport Fire Department's Fire Communications Officer II for 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Criminal Justice, a Master of Public Administration, and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration with an emphasis in health care quality and patient safety.

LaTashia Upton

LaTashia Upton oversees the medical operation of the St. Mary Medical Center campus in Shreveport as the hospital's chief medical officer. Mark Randolph

Mark Randolph oversees the Ochsner LSU Health healthcare delivery system in Monroe, Louisiana including our Monroe Medical Center, as its Chief Executive Officer. He also performed a vital role in the OB/GYN and pediatric inpatient services move from our Academic Medical Center to our St. Mary Medical Center campus and has continued as a key leader for the hospital. Riley holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's University.

Steve Randall - COO

As COO, Steve Randall has responsibility of overseeing the healthcare delivery system in Shreveport and Monroe and coordinating activities between the LSU Health Sciences Center. He has operational responsibility for Ochsner LSU Health Physician Group, clinic and outpatient locations throughout North Louisiana, service line operations (areas such as primary care, urgent care, orthopedics, oncology, hospital medicine, urology), NLA patient flow/access center, business development, new programs, services and acquisitions, as well as provider development/recruitment. In 2022, Steve was honored to receive the "Ochsner Division Executive Leader of the Year" award. Steve brings 25 years of experience in executive healthcare management at integrated health systems, including roles in Texas within Methodist Healthcare System (San Antonio), Columbia, HCA, Triad, The Physicians Centre and Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport. Steve Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from LSU-Shreveport and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University.
