THE BUDDY PROJECT

The Buddy Project is a non-profit organization headquartered in Frederick, MD. The organization is dedicated to providing individuals that have intellectual and developmental disabilities with refurbish computers. Our main goal is to go to the individual's homes to teach them one on one how to use the computer. We have staff members and students dedicated to refurbishing the computers for the individuals. The founder, Eric Zimmerman, did not want to stop there. Eric decided that everyone should have an opportunity to own a computer.
