Working in each of these cities led him to falling under the tutelage of some of the most prominent industry leaders at their legendary properties, including Ian Schrager's luxurious Delano Hotel, Tom Sisk's danceteria Centro Fly, Serena at the famed Chelsea Hotel, Michael Morton and Hugh Hefner's Playboy Club, Andre Balazs' The Standard Hotel, SBE's Shelter, The Roosevelt Hotel and Victor Drai's famed Drai's Hollywood with Vegas nightlife impresario Jesse Waits (XS & Tryst).
Marissa launched her marketing, public relations, and creative strategy career in New York City working for Ian Schrager before connecting with London hospitality impresario Matt Hermer. Inspired by her love of family-friendly cooking and her nostalgia for Southern California fare, Marissa wrote her first cookbook An American Girl in London: 120 Nourishing Recipes For Your Family From a California Expat in Spring 2017.

Michael Fiorelli is an LA-based Italian-American chef best known for his California-centric interpretations of Italian dishes and flavors. Prior to joining Boujis Group, Fiorelli spent four years receiving critical praise helming the kitchen at Love & Salt in Manhattan Beach. A seasoned chef with extensive experience in some of the country's top kitchens, Fiorelli's culinary resume also includes stints at The Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, 3-Star Michelin Inn at Little Washington in Virginia, Mark's City Place in West Palm Beach, Simon LA in Los Angeles, and mar'sel at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
