Having started as a Mechanical Enginering apprentice, Barry has always sought ways to gain new experiences and knowledge. Graduating with first class honours in Manufacturing Engineering from University of Portsmouth, Barry became a Design Engineer in the Automotive sector before stints as both a Quality Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer in Aerospace, followed by Head of Facilities @ T2, Heathrow to name but a few.
Barry's curiosity in business improvement and transformation began in his Automotive role and has been at the core of everything he has done for the last 20 years of his career.
Barry has been consulting since 2008 with successes and experiences across a plethera of industry sectors.
With an impressive Engineering and Operationally-based background, John started his career with the Ford Motor Company, turning his hand very early on to continuous and performance improvement methodologies.
Switching to the aviation sector in 2005, John quickly shifted from an engineering function into the Operation. He has combined his engineering and operational skills to become a highly proficient problem solver and prides himself on delivering Lean Six Sigma based solutions and outcomes with an operational and people-centric ethos.
During his consulting career, John has seemlessly transferred these skills into the Marine, Construction and Finance sectors to make significant improvements within his client's businesses.
