In her role as Senior Director of Client Engagement, Jordin is dedicated to enhancing and nurturing positive relationships and partnerships with Orchard Medical Management's valued clients. Her primary focus involves closely collaborating with clients to identify, comprehend, and address their unique needs and challenges. With over a decade of experience in revenue cycle management, Jordin possesses expertise in various specialties, including primary care, radiology, OBGYN, outpatient hospital services, behavioral health, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Rural Health Clinics. Her extensive background includes successful implementations of several practice management systems, such as AllScripts, PrognoCIS, and eMDs Solution Series. Moreover, she has gained familiarity with other notable practice management systems like Epic, Next Gen, eClinical Works, eThomas, Athena, WebPT, and Raintree. Jordin is deeply passionate about guiding private practices through the intricate landscape of revenue cycle management, helping them fortify their operations comprehensively, and enabling clients to redirect their focus towards patient care and community engagement. Her unwavering commitment is to ensure that Orchard Medical Management clients always experience a sense of being heard, supported, and well-cared for. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jordin has a rich background as a musician, boasting two decades of musical experience. She also has a keen affinity for dogs and enjoys gaming on the weekends.

Kipp Jones - COO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Operating Officer
Kipp Jones joined the Orchard family in August 2023 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He brings over eight years of extensive experience in not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare operational roles. His commitment to Orchard Medical Management's mission drives daily collaboration, focused on strengthening and preserving private practice throughout the Vailes Health Network and external OMM clients. Kipp holds a master of health administration from Cornell University. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor of science in Finance

Nathan Grenon

Job Titles:
  • Director of Administrative Services
Nathan brings years of experience in human resources and will lead the Orchard Medical Management Human Resources department. In his previous roles, Nathan worked in workforce augmentation, diagnosing and implementing solutions from onboarding programs to coaching and developing talent to meet and exceed business objectives. He possesses strong communication, leadership, project management, and people management skills that contributes to his ability to deliver high-quality results. Nathan is known for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and people skills. He has a passion for continuous improvement and thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments. A native of New Hampshire, Nathan attended Southern NH University where he earned a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in organizational leadership with a concentration in training & development as well as a graduate certificate in human resource management.

Susan Dennis

Job Titles:
  • Senior Director of Finance
Susan joined Orchard Medical Management, LLC in July of 2017. She previously worked for 30 years as the Director of Finance in Concord, NH. She oversaw all aspects of the financial operation for three entities including two Self-insured Workers' Compensation Trusts and oversaw all human resources, benefits and payroll functions. Making improvements to the accounting process and control systems is what she enjoys. Outside of Orchard, Susan enjoys staying busy in her gardens and has a passion for cycling, staying fit, and spending time with her family.

Tracy Mears

  • Revenue Cycle Supervisor
As a Revenue Cycle Supervisor at Orchard Medical Management, Tracy brings over two decades of healthcare industry expertise to the table. With a career that started in 2003 as a Medical Assistant in a family practice, Tracy spent 15 years mastering patient care before transitioning to medical billing, where she discovered a passion for optimizing revenue cycles. Since joining Orchard Medical Management in 2021, Tracy has immersed herself in the intricacies of Revenue Cycle Management, contributing significantly to the company's success and growth. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with her two children, Parker and Mila, and their beloved dog, Gus. She also indulges her passion for travel, exploring new destinations whenever possible. With a commitment to excellence and a genuine dedication to healthcare, Tracy strives to make a positive impact in her role, ensuring both financial success and high-quality patient care at Orchard Medical Management.
