ParamediSIM uses an advanced physiology engine to continually update the virtual patient's condition. Patients respond to interventions, medications, injuries, and disease processes... The physiology engine updates the virtual patient's heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, expired carbon dioxide, temperature, and more... Medication dosages must be drawn up in a selection of syringe sizes and can be diluted or mixed into solutions as desired.
