Allison-originally from Mississippi and a graduate of Ole Miss-moved to Colorado in 2012 by way of California. With experience in interior design, architectural marketing, furniture manufacturing and flooring, her knowledge spans the design and building industry. She combines her understanding of these fields with her a her high standard for customer service to provide clients with a best-in-class project experience. Her welcoming nature and natural curiosity allow her to connect with everyone she meets. She stays plugged into the community by volunteering with industry organizations. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family-seeking out the newest places around town, entertaining or planning her next trip or house project.
Amy ran away from the humidity in Florida and moved to Colorado in 2021. She has worked in the construction industry for a decade and is now all in on flooring. Amy has done everything from design to measuring properties to project management and beyond. She has a passion for what she does and is always hungry to do and learn more. She has 3 children and has been married to her husband, Nick, for nearly 6 years. She enjoys music and going to live shows as well as hiking, camping, being goofy, having fun with the kids and watching horror movies.
Bill is almost a Colorado native. His family - including his twin brother, Clay - moved to Colorado when he was just three. He grew up just outside of Denver and was part of the Lakewood Tiger class of 1992. He went on to graduate from the University of Northern Colorado where he played one year of Division I football. His degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminal justice (and a minor in psychology) led him to work for the Colorado Department of Corrections at a maximum security facility. From there, he hit the road as a route driver for Bimbo Bakeries for 21 years where he also served as Union Steward for the Teamsters. Bill continues his passion for sports by training high school athletes who want to take their skills to the next level.
Don was born in Lincoln, but grew up in Alliance, Nebraska. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska and then ventured to Poland to work in internet advertising. Don jumped at an opportunity to work for an interactive advertising agency on Madison Avenue in New York City, but after 9/11, Don and his wife, Magda, chose to move west to Colorado. That's where Don met Matt. They started tiling together and formed Paradigm Flooring in 2003 where Don's focus has evolved towards business operations and development. In his spare time, you'll find him trying to keep up with his four kids and dog as they camp, hunt and travel together.
Jayce is a Colorado native and the oldest of five siblings. He grew up in Denver playing baseball as a pitcher and third baseman and graduated from Eagle Crest High School in Aurora. He recently joined Paradigm after some experience installing carpet with one of his father's friends. That led him into the role of production assistant where his skills and knowledge continue to grow. His hobbies include going to music festivals as well as creating and mixing his own music.
Matt was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He then earned his MA in Counseling from the Colorado State University and moved to Colorado to take advantage the great outdoors. Matt soon changed careers and became a successful tile subcontractor. A few years later, he met Don and with their strong, mid-west work ethic they built a reputation for quality tile work under the Paradigm Flooring name. Matt's passion is to continue to bring in good people and help them grow professionally and personally. Matt oversaw Paradigm's production for many years and now focuses on business relationships, quotes and overseeing daily operations. Matt and his wife Stef and three children live in Littleton and they enjoy good ole family fun with weekend getaways to the mountains, watching the kid's sports and traveling.
Nicolette is an original and takes pride in being a Colorado native! She graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado with a Bachelors of Arts in Interior Design and has been in the flooring industry for more than 12 years. She loves all things related to Disney and Marvel, so during the cold months in Colorado she dreams of being on a Disney Cruise with her husband of 20 years, Drew, and their son.
