PAUSE WITH ALEXIS

I brought Alexis in to our agency as part of our #marchwellness program. We're working on a well-rounded wellness program, and bringing in someone like Alexis to guide us through an end-of-work-day mediation session was new - and quite frankly a bit unexpected - for us. She was fantastic at putting everyone at ease quickly, immediately dispelling the myth that meditation has to include some sort of new-age ridiculousness. Rather, she helped us settle and relax, we did some deep breathing exercises, closed our eyes and listened to Alexis' calming voice and music as she led us through the quickest 45 minute session of peaceful relaxation. Some people even reported nodding off! I'd highly recommend bringing her into your work place or home. We can all use help in learning how to pause in our daily lives... Self-care is a practice, not an indulgence. It's mindful living for the modern being. Increase your confidence awareness by getting connected back to yourself.
