The primary goal of Pearltri Foundation is to create sustainable youth skill building programs in different sectors and provide them with job opportunities with the corporate sector. The foundation will also set up a continuous engagement plan with the youth and also provide them with guidance,mentoring and life skills. With the growing need for skilled man power in India and government initiatives such as "Make In India", we strongly believe that education and empowerment of rural youth will go a long way in benefiting our society as a whole.
