Pearl Pavilion is more than just another nursing home. We pride ourselves in giving excellent medical, rehabilitation, and social services. We also take pride in the care we give to each individual that resides in our home. Our facility has 24-hour, 7 days a week medical and crisis intervention, assessment and admission services. We are approved for Medicare, Medicaid, and many more private insurances... All Services are provided by our experienced staff members. We focus on individualized needs as directed by each resident's primary physician. Everyone works together as a team to help accelerate recovery.
