Katja is the strategic addition to the creative team and keeps track of all relevant processes. In addition to PESCHKE's financial matters, her passion is the topic of service design, as well as the associated intensive consultation with clients. The human component is always at the centre.

Be it management or product design, Matthias always approaches projects in a considered, charming and calm manner. Self-confident due to decades of experience, he points out potential obstacles right from the start and thus sets the course for successful collaboration.
Michael is known for his pronounced and deep technical understanding, which enables him to very quickly think of technically feasible solutions.
