Calvin currently serves as a Board Member of Pinetree and has over 20 years of investment experience in relationship management and financial services. He has in business in Korea, Philippines and Hong Kong. Calvin has rich knowledge and practical skills in all asset classes, as well as strong networks. He has held several senior management positions at top investment banks in Seoul, including Deputy General Manager at Samsung Securities Co. and Director at Franklin Templeton Investment Trust Management Co.
He also served at several top investment banks in Hong Kong, including Vice President at RBS Coutts Bank and RBC Investment Management (Asia), and Executive Director at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong). Calvin holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst awarded by the CFA Institute.

Mr. Junjie Li is a founding partner of Pinetree Equity Management Co., Ltd., a senior corporate investment and management consultant and a renowned expert.
Mr. Li has long been engaged in macroeconomic research, corporate listing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, bankruptcy and corporate investment and financing, business management research, consulting and practical operations. He has participated in many national studies on state-owned enterprises, restructuring and bankruptcy organized by relevant state departments and participated in drafting relevant laws and policies. He participated in drafting, revising and advising economic regulations such as the Bankruptcy Law, and presided over the drafting of documents related to the management of state-owned assets transfer in Shanghai.
Mr. Li has served as investment advisor and financial advisor to many financial institutions, including China Investment Bank, Daewoo Securities, China Science and Technology Trust and Investment Corporation, Jilin Securities, etc. He has served as listing and standing financial advisor to many state-owned enterprises, including Tsingdao Beer, Harbin Pharmaceuticals, and Ha Tian Ge.
Mr. Li is still serving as investment and financing advisor, management advisor and financial advisor to many listed companies and large corporate groups.
In addition to his investment experience, Lawrence also has extensive management experience as the Head of Investment Department at Hong Leong Bank and Prince Investment Management Limited. Lawrence holds a Certificate of Licensure as a Principal of an Asset Management Company issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Newport, Wales, UK.

Mr. Ip has over 35 years' experience in asset management and project finance. He is also the founder of ZWU credit & Investment Ltd., an investment bank and a guarantee company which specializes in project funding, project guarantee and market analysis, financial feasibility and economic impact studies for large-scale real estate development. He successfully completed over 1000 assignments in 50 countries around the world,including China and Southeast Asia. He was previously Vice President of Bear Stearn Investment Bank (Asia) and President of Atlantic Mutual Holdings Inc. a private investment bank has recapitalized many distressed companies and pre-IPO investment in Asia, Europe and US. Mr. Ip was the director of Golden Pacific Bank of New York and Chief representative for Baltic International Bank (Asia) also an adviser for Mr. Steven C Rockefeller Jr. and his Rose Roc Group. Mr. Ip received his MBA from California State University and MA in Economic from Pace University. He was the honorable president of American National Buddhism foundation and has been honored with Achievement Awards by American Minority Business Organization.

Mr. Lim, is a co-founding partner of Pinetree Capital Partners. Prior to setting up Pinetree Capital Partners, Mr. Lim was Vice President at Raintree Ventures Pte Ltd. At Raintree, Mr. Lim managed numerous late-stage private equity investment opportunities including a medical devices deal that yielded almost 200% gain in less than 12 months. Mr. Lim was actively involved in helping these enterprises navigate around complicated issues as they prepare for listings in Singapore, United States and United Kingdom. Mr. Lim has been involved in the Chinese investment market as early as 1993 and therefore has a keen knowledge of its business culture and practices. Apart from investments and capital market initiatives, Mr. Lim is adept at dealing with operational matters. He has been involved in turning around companies and in charting out/implementing growth strategies for such companies. Prior to joining the Raintree Group, Mr. Lim was a General Manager of CWT, a leading Supply Chain Management subsidiary of PSA (Port of Singapore Authority). Before CWT, Mr. Lim was Head Corporate Planning of another logistics company that he helped transformed from a family-owned enterprise to a public listed company.
He holds a Master of Business degree and has sat on the Board of numerous companies in Singapore, China, India and Dubai where he was actively involved in developing their strategic directions. He was also a member of BVQI's Certification Committee and a member of Intelligent Enterprise Asia's Advisory Board. He held the rank of Major while in military service, and received numerous Commendations, including 2 Certificates of Commendation personally conferred by the Defense Minister.

Angela Li is the financial associate at Pinetree. Before joining the company, she worked for a PE fund for two years, focusing on restructuring and NPL.
Angela received her master's degree in international Relations from NYU in 2013 and she passed CPA exams in 2019. She now lives in New York.

Ms. Cai is the senior investment manager. Since she joined the company, she was deeply involved in the whole life cycle of various deals ranging from finance, utilities, energy, food, agriculture, tourism, entertainment, logistics and real estate, etc.
Ms. Cai is familiar with corporate restructuring and listing, as well as related policies and regulations. She has abundant financial management knowledge and strong ability of financial analysis, project coordinating and problem solving.

Yuting serves as a senior financial analyst. Before joining the group, Yuting worked for Goldman Sachsas a Product Controller in the Funding Reporting & Analysis team. She participated in a multi-year firm-wide project to overhaul the Balance Sheet Reporting mechanism. She also helped develop and implement the funding transfer pricing system for the newly acquired online retail banking platform and migrated the retail products to the overall bank funding cost allocation framework.
Before Goldman Sachs, Yuting worked in Financial Advisory Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers and helped US multi-national banks develop Asset & Liability Management infrastructure to comply with the Basel III Liquidity Regulation.
Yuting received her dual master degrees in Analytical Finance and Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in 2011. She passed CFA level III in 2012 and is currently pursuing her FRM certificate.
Outside of work, Yuting can be found practicing yoga at a studio, pouring a latte art and experimenting exotic recipes at home or hiking in the mountains all over the world.
