In 2016, Phyllis took her personal and professional life to the next level by joining the John Maxwell Team and becoming an Executive Director to build a consulting business. As an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Phyllis is a Maxwell Method Certified DISC Consultant and is certified to coach, speak, train and facilitate, individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, personal growth and professional skills. She holds a bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Group Communications from Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois. Phyllis also received her Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Share-A-Prayer and Word Theological Seminary and is credentialed as a Christian Life Coach through Dream Mentors International. Phyllis is a lifelong learner living every day with purpose.
