Dr. Hazmi is the CEO of Al Madar, a company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia delivering environmental sustainability. Key areas of expertise include environmental impact assessment, permitting, environmental and sustainability management, carbon and energy management, product stewardship and due diligence. His expertise and focus is the middle east region born out of experience of working with clients that build and operate world-scale industrial facilities in addition to collaboration with Government entities, ensuring in-depth knowledge of government policies, regulations and thought leadership. Al Madar adds value by working with Clients to overcome their sustainability challenges and environmental concerns with a remit to move towards sustainability and environmental excellence.
Dr Michael O'Donnell is an Occupational Physician with signi cant experience in the major sectors of industry and commerce, including Nuclear, Oil, Gas and Petrochemical, both in the UK and Middle East. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and an Honorary Visiting Professor in Occupational Health at the University of Salford. He has worked at senior levels in a range of organizations with experience of liaising with the highest levels of government up to Cabinet Ministerial level. His focus is wellbeing at work and ensuring occupational health and hygiene delivers business value and remains relevant in the modern era to the bene t of employers and employees.
Geoff has extensive international experience in the chemical industry with Unilever, SADAF (Shell/ SABIC JV) and S-Chem (Chevron Philips / SIIG JV). He has worked in the Gulf Region since 1982, primarily involved with the design, construction, commissioning, startup, operation and expansion of several world scale petrochemical facilities. He has a diverse technical background including research, EHS Management Systems, Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence. Geoff has a degree in Analytical Chemistry and M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering.
He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry as well as a Chartered Environmentalist. He was formerly Chairman, British Business Association in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
James Royds has over 20 years working globally in the resilience, risk, crisis, integrated emergency management, business and IT continuity management as a consultant, adviser and writer, delivering integrated solutions and services.
He is an Honorary Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI) where he served as Chairman for 2 years, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute FCMI, Specialist of the Risk Management Institute, a Member of BSI and a trained Lead Auditor for ISO 22301:2012.
Kashif is currently heading Procyon's operations in Pakistan. He has gained diverse experience in HSE, Process Safety & Performance Monitoring in the Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Power, Pharmaceutical and Petrochemical sectors in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. He has worked for global clients and consultancy organizations leading and supporting the development, implementation and review of risk-based processes and operational safety programs. Kashif specializes in statistical analysis of HSE and Sustainability performance. He holds a Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering and is NEBOSH Certified.
