Bridget Collins hails from the charming town of Galivants Ferry, South Carolina. She embarked on her educational journey at Horry Georgetown Technical College, where she successfully obtained two associate degrees. The first degree was in General Business, and the second was an Associate in Applied Science with an emphasis on pharmacy technician studies.
Upon entering the professional world, Bridget joined Promed and has since accumulated four years of valuable experience with the company. Bridget initially began her career as a credentialing specialist, but her dedication and expertise earned her a promotion to the role of Office Manager-a position she has held for the past two years.
I started my anesthesia career as a student at Duke University's Nurse Anesthesia program in 2014 where I developed my love for the profession. Since graduating in 2016 I have worked at over a dozen facilities in both North Carolina and South Carolina in both a staffing and management role. In 2019 I became the chief CRNA at a rural hospital in North Carolina where I was able to develop my own management style centered around fairness and hard work.
I had the opportunity to join ProMed Assistance Group in 2017 as a co-owner. Since that time I am proud to say we have expanded our business to include 25+ hospitals, clinics and surgery centers throughout the southeast. We are actively expanding and very much look forward to building new relationships. I have personally taken on a recruiting role as getting to know people has always been an interest of mine. Prior to my anesthesia career I worked as a nurse in the intensive care setting as well as ran a small construction company. When I am not working I am somewhere on a boat fishing with my family.
Melisa Bryant is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning marketing, finance, and business management. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Melisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role as Accounting Manager at Promed.
Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Melisa's academic pursuits led her to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she successfully earned her degree. Upon graduating, Melisa embarked on a dynamic career journey that would see her excel in various roles across multiple industries.
In 2018, Melisa joined the Promed team and quickly became an integral member of the organization. As Accounting Manager, Melisa is responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the company's fiscal health. However, it's not just the financial aspect of her work that brings Melisa fulfillment. She deeply values the relationships she has cultivated with her colleagues at Promed, as well as with the hospital administration and the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) who collaborate with the company.
Currently residing in the picturesque area of Southport, North Carolina, Melisa continues to demonstrate her unwavering dedication to Promed and its mission. Her strong work ethic, combined with her passion for working with people, make her a true asset to the organization and a well-respected member of the team.

Rocky Cagle, DNAP, CRNA, is an accomplished anesthesia practitioner and co-owner of ProMed Assistance Group, based in Florence, South Carolina. A graduate of Clemson University and Virginia Commonwealth University, Rocky holds dual bachelor's degrees and advanced degrees in Nurse Anesthesia.
With over 10 years of anesthesia experience, Rocky serves as Chief of Anesthesia at a Level II Trauma Center. He is known for his compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring patients feel safe and comfortable during critical medical procedures.
