<p>Colin is a highly proficient and commercially astute consultant with extensive experience across the construction sector. He advises a wide range of clients on contractual, commercial and project management briefs; which encompass commercial and contractual advice, bid and tender management, pre and post contract planning, budgeting and management.</p> <p>He has worked for client, consultant and contract parties across the industry in both public and private sectors and has knowledge and experience of most construction contracts, both standard form and amended. Colin has a particular specialism for forensic auditing for both time and cost to ensure his clients recover their full proper entitlements.
