Adrian joined the PSPS Board in February 2024. He is also the Deputy Chief Executive for the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.

Aileen Whatmore - CHRO

Aileen is the Head of Human Resources and Operational Development, responsible for the strategic delivery and performance of the HR & Payroll service across the four organisations and leads the HR Team which includes Payroll, Employee Relations, Operations, Recruitment, and Learning and Development. Aileen is a Chartered HR professional with over 20 years HR experience from a broad range of industries across charitable, public and private sectors. Along with her generalist HR background, Aileen has a programme and Project background and organisational change experience. Having moved from an in-house lead HR role in Local Government, she brings experience leading a HR service, and support for our local government clients with their people agendas. Aileen and her team provide a full HR and payroll service including: Resourcing; Reward Payroll & Pensions; Learning & Development; Early Careers; Employee Relations; Organisational Change; People Data Insights & reporting; Policy Development. Amie Househam

Amie is the Head of Customer Contact, responsible for the strategic and operational delivery customer contact services for our client councils, which includes front-facing services, telephony, Reception Services, Customer Access Points, online contact, postal and administration services. She has worked for the company since its formation in 2010 after many years of building her career within public and private sector. Amie leads a large agile service that is continuously evolving through digital, self-serve and transformational requirements, to ensure that all customer and client needs are met. Her department is fast paced and no two days are the same, which creates great rewards within this dynamic service.

Chris Brewis

Chris Brewis joined the PSPS Board in December 2022. He is also a Councillor for South Holland District Council.

Jackie Wright

Jackie is the Head of ICT & Digital, responsible for strategic and operational delivery of ICT and Digital infrastructure and services into our Client Councils. With a strong technical background spanning over 20 years, Jackie trained and consulted on implementations and holds industry recognised certifications. She is ideally placed to be able to offer the Company and its Client Councils sound advice and guidance as they look to further digitise and transform their services. Jackie joined the Company in 2016 having worked within the Public Sector for much of her career. Jackie and her team are a pivotal role in the delivery of transformational services to the Company, the Clients and the Residents. The team consists of services for the delivery of Service Desk, Technical Services, Application Support, Web Application Development and Print & Design. Jim Astill

Jim is the PSPS Vice Chairman. Jim joined the PSPS Board in June 2023. He is also a Councillor for South Holland District Council.

Lewis Ducket - CEO

Lewis is the Chief Executive of Public Sector Partnership Services and was appointed in August 2016. He previously led the Company under its former name Compass Point Business Services. Lewis has responsibility for the overall strategic direction of the company and oversight of the financial management, delivery and performance. He is also responsible for the Senior Leadership Team. He is accountable to the Chair and its Board of Directors for the strategic delivery of services, development and implementation of the Company's Business and corporate plans, as well as delivering objectives within the transformation and improvement plan. Lewis's career has been spent within the public sector in a variety of strategic, partnership, delivery and operational roles, across both local government and the police service. He is also a non-executive Board Director for an adult education service provider in Lincolnshire. Lewis has led a significant programme of transformation and improvement across the company during the last 4 years, which has resulted in the award of a new 10-year contract. He is immensely proud of the achievements of the company, its people, its services and the success of its transformation to date. His focus is on ensuring the company continues to go from strength to strength and is placed to meet future ambitions of growth and ensuring that it remains a great place to work, as an employer of choice in Lincolnshire. Outside of work, Lewis is married, a proud dad of two children and lives in Cambridgeshire with his family and two dogs. Most of his spare time is either spent on the sideline of a football pitch, attempting DIY projects with varying success and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Mark Elsom

Mark is the Head of Corporate Services, responsible for a range of cross-functional services within the Company including Health & Safety, Communications, Branding and Marketing, Performance and Assurance, Data Protection, Business Compliance, and Transformation. He has worked for the Company since its formation in 2010, with a background in driving transformational change across administrative functions, and more recent expertise in compliance related functions including data protection and health and safety. The Corporate Services team, under Mark's leadership, have played a pivotal role in driving a performance focused culture and associated improvements, and they will continue to drive improvements by supporting the implementation of the transformation plan. Martin Gibbs - Chief Procurement Officer

Martin is the Head of Procurement and Contracts, responsible for creating and implementing our new Procurement and Contracts service for our client Councils, the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership and across our company.
