Bill received his Bachelor's Degree from UW-Eau Claire, majoring in Finance. Bill and his wife Beth have two daughters and live in Eau Claire.
Bill has been a Member of Royal Credit Union for over 35 years. He serves on the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Credit Oversight Committee; and he previously served on the Finance Committee. Bill is a Certified Credit Union Board Member.

Doug has been a credit union Member for over 40 years and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1995. Previously, he served as Chairperson for 13 years. Doug currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors. Doug is the Chairperson of the Finance Committee and is on the Compensation/Governance Committee.
Doug is a Certified Credit Union Board Member. He previously served on the Credit Union National Association's Volunteer Leadership Committee. Doug had a vision of starting the RCU Foundation to focus on large-impact community giving. As a result of this vision, the RCU Foundation has awarded more than $6 million in charitable donations since 2013 to make a positive impact in the lives we touch.
Doug is retired from his career at Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) where he served as the Executive Director of Operations. Prior to his career at CVTC, he was the founder and owner of Badger Window Systems. He lives with his wife Pam on Lake Holcombe, which is 50 miles north of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Jennifer has been a member of Royal Credit Union for over 30 years. She currently serves as Secretary of the Board and as a member of the Finance and the Political Action Committees. She previously served on the Compensation/Governance Committee and as Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Jennifer is a Certified Credit Union Board Member and Certified Credit Union Supervisory Committee Member. She has completed the Credit Union National Association's Volunteer Achievement Program and the requirements of Director Financial Literacy. Jennifer earned Bachelor and Master in Education Degrees, including certification in Economics, at UW-Eau Claire and completed her Educational Administration Degree at UW-Superior.
Retired from administration for the Eau Claire Area School District, Jennifer volunteers on the HSHS Sacred Heart Foundation Board and as the Chair of the Women's Giving Circle of Eau Claire. She and her husband Matthew live in Chippewa Falls.

Jim has been a Member of Royal Credit Union for more than 49 years. He began serving on Royal's Audit Committee in 2013. Jim strongly believes in the "Member Owned" credit union concept.

Joe has worked with business owners and real estate investors for over 10 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge to small businesses, large corporations, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs. His previous experiences include business lending, real estate investing, auditing, and public administration. Joe is passionate about partnering with individuals and organizations of all sizes to help them achieve their business goals and financial success.
Joe grew up in River Falls and earned both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls (UWRF). He continues to be active in the community and the St. Croix Valley area. Joe serves as the President of the River Falls Economic Development Corporation, Management Committee Member for the St. Croix Valley Business Innovation Center, Vice President of the River Falls Lions Club, and Ambassador for the River Falls Chamber of Commerce. He is also active with UWRF and many other local organizations.

After serving as Director of Finance for the Eau Claire Area School District for 27 years, John is enjoying his retirement. John is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's Degree in Comprehensive Public Accounting. John and his wife Kris have four children and live in Eau Claire.
John has been a credit union Member for more than 40 years. Currently, John serves on the Board of Directors, is Chairperson of the Audit Committee and is on the Political Action Committee. John previously served as Chairperson of the Board for 17 years and Treasurer for 10 years.

Josephine has been a member of RCU/Real Financial for more than 20 years. She is an entrepreneur, economist, and philanthropist who focuses on rural economic and small business growth opportunities and partnerships within small, developing, and/or distressed local, national, and international communities.

Karlee has worked with business loans at Royal Credit Union since 2006 and worked in the financial industry since 2001. She thrives on relationships made through her work with the small business owners and entrepreneurs she serves. Karlee strives to make a positive impact in the community through volunteering. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Women's Business Center, President of Just Local Food Co-op and is involved in Royal's F.U.S.E program, to name a few. She also enjoys partnering with local organizations, such as The Red Letter Grant, to provide financial education and workshop opportunities for small business owners and serve as a resource throughout their business journeys.
Growing up in the Midwest, she appreciates the beauty of this area and the wonderful sense of community here. She resides in Eau Claire with her husband and two daughters.

Mickey has over 30 years of commercial lending experience and has spent over 20 years leading commercial lending teams. Mickey has focused a significant portion of his career financing operating companies, especially in manufacturing, and can assist you with business acquisition financing, funding your growing business, and exit strategies. As a prior Certified Treasury Professional, Mickey combines his extensive lending experience with a thorough understanding of Members' treasury needs.
Mickey has been involved in a number of community and professional organizations including the YMCA and many local non-profit and community Chamber Boards. He is also one of the founders of Angels on the Water, a Wisconsin-based seed investment fund.
Mickey holds an Economics Degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is originally from the Fox Valley area in Wisconsin and relocated to the Chippewa Valley in 2020. Mickey and his wife live in Eau Claire and have one married adult daughter. He enjoys spending his free time training for triathlons and other endurance events as well as travelling north to a family cabin.
Nancy was elected to Royal Credit Union's Board of Directors in 1999. She currently serves on the Finance Committee. She has also participated on the Web, Technology, and Scholarship Committees and is past Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Stuart has been a Member of Royal Credit Union for over 25 years. He currently serves as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors and is on the Credit Oversight Committee and the Compensation/Governance Committee.
Stuart has served on various boards throughout his career including the Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation, where he acted as president in 2009. Stuart has four children and resides in Sarona, Wisconsin.

Timm grew up in Luck, Wisconsin and currently resides in Chippewa Falls with his wife. He has a degree in Finance from UW-LaCrosse. In his spare time, Timm enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Tom has been a Member of Royal Credit Union for more than 20 years. He currently serves as Chairperson of Royal Credit Union's Board of Directors and is on the Compensation/Governance and Political Action Committees. Tom also served on Royal Credit Union's Nominating Committee for four years before joining the Board of Directors and has served on the Finance Committee and Audit Committee.
Tom is retired from his career at Chippewa Valley Technical College where he served as Vice President of Operations. He holds a Master's Degree in Training and Human Resources Development from UW-Stout and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UW-Madison. Tom and his wife Mary live in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. They have three grown sons.
