Jerell Goodman is the Traffic Manager at Reconnect Research. With over 15 years of call center experience, Jerell is responsible for making sure our clients receive the correct volume, blend and balance of calls for each research survey. When Jerell is not directing call traffic, you can find him mountain biking, hanging by his pool, or spending time with his wife and daughter.
Scott Richards is the CEO of Reconnect Research and the principal inventor of RICS. Over 20 years, he built and was the CEO of Dial800, a telecom company specializing in toll free call routing and tracking services. Scott believes that the best business relationships are built on a solid foundation of trust. When not working, which isn't much, Scott loves exercising, biking and hiking with his wife of 33 years, learning, teaching marriage classes, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
