Peter has more than 25 years of experience with a practice focused on commercial, real estate and employment litigation. Peter represents a broad range of clients including real estate professionals, manufacturers, financial institutions, universities, restaurants and not-for-profit entities. He is admitted to practice in New York, Southern & Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has experience litigating before administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals. Peter is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School where he teaches mediation.

Theresa concentrates her practice on trusts and estates, elder law, and transactional real estate.
In trusts and estates and elder law matters, Theresa has a wide range of experience representing individuals and their families with complex trusts and estates and elder care issues. She assists those clients with drafting Wills and trusts, complex powers of attorneys, and guides them through Medicaid eligibility planning and estate tax planning issues. She also represents fiduciaries in estate administration proceedings.
Theresa also frequently litigates Surrogate's Court matters and represents clients at Fair Hearings at which Medicare eligibility is determined.
In real estate matters, since her admission to the New York bar in 1991, Theresa has represented countless buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, as well as real estate lenders. She also serves as general counsel to several cooperative apartment corporations, for which she provides general legal advice, services in connection with the sales of units, and litigation matters.
Theresa is a graduate of St. John's University, where she received a degree in Finance, and St. John's University School of Law.
Tom has also represented students and their families in college and university disciplinary matters both in undergraduate and professional schools.
Tom currently spends the majority of his professional time serving as an arbitrator and mediator bringing the experiences and insights gained in more than 35 years of practice to these ADR forums. He has presided over more than 200 lengthy and complex arbitration proceedings and dozens of mediations. He has been a member of the American Arbitration Association's Construction and Commercial Panels of Arbitrators and Mediators for more than 30 years. He is also a long-standing member of the NYS Supreme Court Commercial Division's mediation panel. Tom is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Tom continues to act as general counsel to numerous businesses including contractors, architect/engineering firms, real estate developers, and manufacturers. He assists these clients in general corporate matters, negotiating and drafting contracts, employment and union issues and regulatory matters and licensing controversies.
Throughout his professional life, Tom has been active in community and bar groups as a member of the New York City Community Planning Board 5 (Land Use Committee), Past-President and current director of the Columbian Lawyers Association, and a member of the New York State Bar Association's committees on Commercial and Federal Litigation and Alternate Disputes Resolution. He served two terms as a member of the Attorney Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts appointed by the Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division. Tom is an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. John's University School of Law teaching a course in "Construction Law." Tom is a graduate of Archbishop Molloy High School, Fordham University and St. John's University School of Law.
